Pros

The reporting side is always very helpful, and the support team always do there best to assist and help. I would recommend workbooks to anyone wanting a simple, yet effective CRM system.
It's really easy to use, and it helps that it looks like a windows desktop. I like that I can customise most of the screens and can easily get to the information I need.
I admire the support offered by Workbooks, they are efficient and happy to help.

Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Cons

It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.
My only criticism currently is that to my knowledge I can integrate it with outlook to record history, I believe this is coming.
This drives me crazy because I run off of 3 screens and have to sign into 3 different workbooks windows. Also the modification costs can get really high since not very many programmers know Workbooks.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.
