Pros

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.

Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.

Very interesting on-line platform for retail sales

Nearly perfect solution for retail teams in different places (cities, countries,...). Also, a web contact page is a fantastic feature, for on-line shop.

Pros

This on-line platform have several options that can be used for on-line and standard retail shop. Also can be used for sales from the vehicle. There is option for a customized web-page for orders or questions. Automatic billing is also a nice touch.

Cons

One crucial feature that is missing is a good CRM module with history of contacts and offers for different clients. If You have standard clients this is a must have.

My small business is expanding, and we needed a better way to work and collaborate with our business partners. Bitrix24 was recommended, and it is a great solution. As we are small, all the high quality features are available at no cost.

Pros

Collaboration, project planning, and setting schedules are the things most important to us. Bitrix24 makes it simple to get everyone on the same page!

Cons

There are many options for connecting and linking other email accounts and domains. I would be helpful to have some recommended configurations on the best practices for various situations as a guide.

The possibilities that this solution offers are nice

Cons

This product is clearly aimed to force you and take a plan. Yet their plans are more scaled for mid-sized projects, more than smaller projects and starting-up projects. The biggest issue is customer support, which is unexistant for free users, and the option to upgrade for a small group is not interesting because of the price. I am actually preferring to change the program I have been using than paying them their premium.

This is too costly but really a great solution for agencies.

1) Easy to use 2) You can integrate popular 3rd party apps like dropbox, Google Docs, Trello and other popular services too. 3) Cloud based solution 4) Self Hosted Solution is also available too 5) Different packages as per your requirment 6) Webmail 7) 30 days trial without any fee 8) you can use their services free upto 12 users on cloud based solution

A usable IT solution, not the best.

Pros

Always an easy way to access the teams chat.

Cons

Extremely confusing UI. Plays sounds on any event. Teams don't understand the tool and mostly just use the chat. Doesn't reconnect on network loss and recovery.

Pros

At my organization Bitrix24 we tried Bitrix24 for a month before looking for something else. It provides some good tools to interact with your team and organize a calendar.

Cons

Unfortunately we moved to another solution since Bitrix24 tools was so "jailed" on their platform, and didn't provide easy integration with 3rd party services (such a api).

The complete set of tools that you get in the free version used to be more than enough to support little companies.

Cons

The CRM part could be so good as the other parts of the solution. The interface is not intuitive and maybe you'll need to dig it to find what you want.

Excellent System for modern enterprise

Bitrix 24 is a unique system that provides most of what I need to run my small business. The collaboration features are excellent and it promotes collaboration on social networking style, away from the classic email systems. The telephony feature was a deciding factor for me, with very comprehensive solution for my business needs. The CRM, though it is simple, but sufficient for me with very flexible and easy to use setup. The UI is very neat and responsive, and the system overall runs very smoothly using different Internet speeds.

Pros

Collaboration, telephony and user interface it"s a free system! Yes, it is. Allowing you to start your company with minimum cost and then you start to invest when you grow beyond 12 users. And after that you pay fixed monthly fee for unlimited number of users.

Cons

CRM can get more functionalities for the free version (I hope)

Team communication and project management under one roof.

Pros

Highly configurable. One stop solution for entire company from team communication to project management. I was mainly using free version but was able to many stuff even in free vesion.

Cons

Brower loading is quite high. Takes time to load system. Also, lots of configuration required. Hard for small size company like me to pick and use.

Collaboration made easy

With several different businesses operating under one brand we used Bitrix24 at the time for easy collaboration and sharing of knowledge when we had different businesses with their own IT servers etc, meaning we couldn't have a shared intranet. This is what we used Bitrix24 for and it was great.

Pros

Made collaboration easy, great tools to keep track of tasks and projects all under the one software. Often you have to get several different products to do all these things.

Cons

Nothing I can think of, at the time it did everything we needed and only stopped as the business structure changed.
