Really great! The sales team is very helpful and support folks are willing to educate about all the features.
One of the best things I like about XoomRetail is that it helps my business grow. In a small business, many operations start out manually and use ad-hoc processes using Excel spreadsheets. With XoomRetail, all of the business sales, customers, inventory, employees are in a unified system. It identifies opportunities such as top-selling products for margin improvement, inventory waste, satisfied customers, and so on. Business just runs better with XoomRetail
It is a comprehensive software and to get the full use out of it, some integration with other software such as Quickbooks, or shipping logistics software will be helpful but lacking

Whether you are experienced business owner or new to retail, believe FTS offered a competitive price and great value for what they charge. Also find their Support to be helpful. Not a fan of ticketing system, but I have not had any problems.
POS is fairly simple to use and aggregates our sales efforts from multiple locations allowing us a pathway for expansion.
Due to Covid, some components took a bit longer to arrive.
