yve event tool is an online solution for event management and registration, for events including press conferences, corporate roadshows, members meetings, award ceremonies, conferences, seminars, workshops, and more. The system offers users event planning, budgeting, scheduling, task management, document creation, and CRM capabilities.

yve event tool enables users to set up both public and private events, and invite participants to register to attend or enable open online registration for anyone. Images, including menus and floor plans, can be included in event details, as well as detailed agendas for both single-day and multi-day events. Participants can view event details and register online through a custom designed and branded web page, and customizable documents are automatically produced at each stage of the planning process, from event plans through to confirmations, contracts, and invoices.

yve event tool includes a centralized CRM (customer records management) system, for users to import and manage contacts, including assigning roles for particular events, such as caterers or venue staff. Contacts can then be split into distribution lists to be targeted with specific emails. Users can invite participants to network in closed online communities before the event date, and to take part in online votes. All events are paired with questionnaires which let users collect required or additional information from participants, such as workshop selections. At the event itself, users can scan tickets with a smartphone to check participants, record attendance, and name badges can also be printed on the door.

There are 3 subscription plans available, all with a minimum subscription term of 4 months:
Small sub: €39 per month - 3 active events, 3000 invited participants.
Medium sub: €69 per month - 10 active events, 10000 invited participants.
Large sub: €99 per month - 25 active events, 25000 invited participants.

Single events can also be purchased for €149 plus €0.05 per invited participant.

Invited participants covers all participants in all active events, whether they have received an invitation or registered themselves.
