Images, including menus and floor plans, can be included in event details, as well as detailed agendas for both single-day and multi-day events. Participants can view event details and register online through a custom designed and branded web page, and customizable documents are automatically produced at each stage of the planning process, from event plans through to confirmations, contracts, and invoices.
yve event tool includes a centralized CRM (customer records management) system, for users to import and manage contacts, including assigning roles for particular events, such as caterers or venue staff. Contacts can then be split into distribution lists to be targeted with specific emails. Users can invite participants to network in closed online communities before the event date, and to take part in online votes. All events are paired with questionnaires which let users collect required or additional information from participants, such as workshop selections. At the event itself, users can scan tickets with a smartphone to check participants, record attendance, and name badges can also be printed on the door.
