Pros

I like some of the organizational features of the software like the ease of finding my upcoming tasks and finding my leads.
What I like most is that it does pretty much everything important Salesforce does but at half of the price.
The ease of implementation and user interface. Features are impressive.

Cons

Have had some problems syncing data and customer support has been pretty bad.
The security framework turned a little bit confuse. The restriction were applied to pages instead of specific options in a page.
Customer service is terrible, hidden fees, confusing.
