- Interface is a little more intuitive than basic salesforce (but not even close to hubspot or lightning) - It is pretty powerful/flexible

Cons

-It is still an old CRM... may be better for old enterprises that need stacks of legacy features, but better options out there for young companies -That annoying logo

Everything we do is pipelines; from a personal budget to business marketing campaign. The CRM software inadvertently direct me in the right direction, in which clients are active, which has become dormant, in which sector should I focus on, which industries are active, etc. The results shows in the Reports; simply brilliant.

Pros

Working with leads from qualifying an opportunity to closing a deal require effort, dedication and customer focus.

Cons

A desktop version would be nice, as online access is not always available. Not sure how collaboration with my colleagues would work though...

Pros

The web integration and lead management are good parts of the software allowing me to follow up on leads and crafting new messages to close deals.

Cons

Pros

ZOHO provided everything I needed to stay in close communication with and make notes for customers.

Cons

The user interface feels a bit clunky and out of date in comparison to Salesforce, and could use a makeover in terms of design. I've spent a lot of time on this platform and there is plenty that it is capable of, and my biggest gripe is how the web design feels like it is caught in the 1990s.

The CRM is good or close to as good as Hubspot, which I used most recently.

Cons

Really this is on me, not them, but I feel there are lots more buttons in the CRM than what I use. I feel either I'm not familiar with it enough to get the full benefit of using it, or they have lots of superfluous features.

We got a good introduction to CRM, and learned a lot more about what's important to us. Ultimately, we moved to a different platform, but I can see how larger teams may benefit.

Pros

Pretty fast to learn, and easy to navigate. It was a relatively quick setup process. And they continued to support it, rolling out new features and replying to questions quickly. If we had a bigger team, it would be a viable choice.

Cons

Other platforms were closer to our preferred use (Pipedrive)

Convenient for small businesses and startups that don't want to pay a lot for a CRM Software

It helped manage and streamline my customer interaction operations, my monitoring of my sales team's progress and performance, and my retrieval of analysis of our pipeline trends, our customers' closing time and turnover, and the company's performance as a whole.

Pros

I love the ease of access and convenience in its mobile app; it makes work on the go very easy. I also love the functionality of scheduling tasks/activities very easily with the ability of adding many details such as how long the call took and the tasks' priority level and completions date.

Cons

The only aspect of Zoho that I faced challenges with was customer service response time. When I first signed up, I needed some guidance with customization and their response time slowed my implementation by about a day.

You can create your own mail merge templates and there's even a great deal of compatibility with G-suite to integrate your experience and make it closing and managing customers easier.

Cons

Decent CRM Software

I am still a beginner with Zoho CRM, but so far I like it much better that others that I have used. If I have a question, I just ask my Marketing Director or you can even e-mail support and they get right back to you.

Pros

Having used some of the more expensive CRM software programs out there, this one is pretty easy to use and a great value for the money. I like the Blueprint feature whereby my administrator can help us Account Executives guide us through the sales process. It literally tells you what to do next. I find it extremely helpful!

Cons

At first, I was a little overwhelmed, but now I can close my Tasks and management can pull reports showing my performance.
