I really enjoyed this CRM software.

Although it's good for the price, I am in love with Infusionsoft.

Pros

Really liked the functionality, organization, and price. Overall, it's a good value.

Cons

I prefer Infusionsoft. Infusionsoft is much more user friendly and more visually appealing.

Zoho is a great cookie-cutter sales CRM platform for lean businesses.

Getting a CRM going at low-cost.

Pros

It gets the job done in terms of a sales CRM (tracking calls, messages, notes, contact info, etc). As long as you don't need a lot of fancy features, it's a great starting CRM.

Cons

Features are limited and my experience with support has been relatively less effective than with Infusionsoft & Hubspot.

A Great CRM for Small Teams

A good option for small business owners and sales teams on a budget.

Pros

Zoho, and it's suite of applications, is a create cloud service for small businesses needing an affordable alternative to some of the big players. Zoho CRM is part of this suite. Beyond the usual CRM pipeline features (sales tracking, email campaigns, telephone options and social integrations), Zoho's CRM software also provides users with a Live Chat option and portals to connect with customers, vendors and other contracts. Be certain to check out Zia, their Artificial Intelligence interface that can help automate processes, make sales predictions and check your pipeline for anomalies. Zoho CRM also provides the expected reporting and analytics features that your management and sales teams will need to track their leads and prospects. The pricing tiers are reasonable, but best of all, if you have 3 users (or less), Zoho CRM is free!

Cons

Really, the only con with Zoho CRM is it's not as big a player as Salesforce (sales) or Hubspot or Infusionsoft (marketing), and so you may not find as many integration options as you would with a more well known CRM system.

ZOHO CRM software as an option for email marketing and sales tool

If you have the budget, try to use Hubspot or infusionsoft (Scalable, robust and integrative) for small to medium size company, highly recommend Freshdesk for small to boutique size businesses.

Pros

It is highly integrative and includes functional modules that can pretty much (supposedly) integrate with any other popular software. Beware!! Many of the software integration doesn't work or it is not clear how it can properly function after integration. It is inexpensive (they offer free version), quite cost-effective, integrative, clean interface (though it is a bit clunky with large font) and it is feature rich for especially for the upgraded one.

Cons

Customer service is beyond awful. Don't even attempt to use "chat" function or email them because it will take ages for them to reply. IT WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. They have documentation found everywhere but it is not clear. (They need to provide more supporting document!)
