Pros

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.

Pros

The planning and financial organization helps the sales rise, helps keep good records of clients in line. Very user friendly if you know your computer well.
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
I like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Cons

The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.

Cons

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.
Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. Secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.
Getting error some time so it's take some time to remove the error.

we were thinking it is Chinese technology and we were very careful with which later turned out they are Indian which was a good news, it helped us to do simple thing.

Pros

I really liked the free version, is simple and doest what you need from CRM, it has nice team behind it and they are usually respond and communicate quickly

Cons

it does much less that what Dynamics 365 or hubspot does, I was expecting more features

It's a functional CRM at a very affordable price point.

Pros

It’s a good app but tends to be buggy. I like how customizable the various modules are. Even an older group of sales people were able to learn how to use the software.

Cons

Importing data from Microsoft Dynamics was promised to be easy, but it wasn’t. The support can be helpful but isn’t always.

Zoho CRM is perfect for those who are looking for a cheaper alternative to something like Microsoft Dynamics.

Pros

This tool provides ease of use with CRM. Zoho as a platform is nice to have in your company portfolio.

Cons

I wish they would not split every single service they off. Such as Zoho Assist and what not. If it could all be tied in that would be great.

Zoho has increased our bottom line by making it incredibly affordable and easy to manage customers.

Pros

Zoho is truly the superhero that comes and saves the day. For many small businesses, a CRM is too cost intensive and difficult to implement, meaning they do things the manual way. In comes Zoho, a full featured CRM that is easy for businesses to use, and highly cost effective. We recommend and help implement it for many small businesses.

Cons

Zoho may still lack some of the support of a CRM like Salesforce or Dynamics, but the overall quality and cost effectiveness trumps all others.

Overall, I'm happy with Zoho. If you are introducing yourself into the CRM world, Zoho has more than enough features to test it and manage you customer base. Combined with third party marketing software makes it a really good product for a SME.

Pros

It's really easy to use. It has most of the features available on CRMs such as Dynamics CRM. You can easily assign contacts to users as well as associate opportunities to them.

Cons

The marketing add-on (Zoho Campaigns) does not allow to do most of functionalities available on other Marketing softwares. It's email marketing framework is really poor for a professional software.

Again, very short use time on this, but not overly impressed. Not completely turned off either.

Pros

I only used this software for a brief period of time in a test mode, and I was not overly thrilled with it. That being said, it had the basic features of any CRM and I could see its use case for a small organization getting started with a new CRM. It is middle of the road in terms of ease of use, and I am sure reps would get used to it.

Cons

It just did nothing to excite me to use it. Everything was very basic, working between screens could be a little bit less clunky. It is not the worst I have used (Dynamics) but there are better options for the cost.

Is affordable for small consultant company like mine, easy to set up and easy to maintain.

Pros

Is it the cloud. Easy to set up​. Integrates well with other Zoho tools, in my case I have Zoho Social and I take the leads from the campaigns​ I set up there.

Cons

I could not find a way of integrating with other contact tools to be able to import the contact, like Gmail and Outlook 365.

A very average CRM solution - UI is outdated, the customization possibilities are good, and I do not see it as a user friendly solution. Salesforce and Dynamics CRM are much better, but it might be enough for small organizations.

Migration was smooth. Learning curve was pretty small. We wish the Outlook plugin would work better so we could deploy it to more users without having to worry about not being able to support it.

Pros

Zoho is simple to use for end users and administrators. Migration from another CRM is a breeze as long as you can export data to CSV files.

Cons

Our experience with the Zoho Outlook plugin have been troubling. Only a few of the buttons work. I am assuming this is due to the frequent updates of Office 365 as we have had that issue with a few other plugins as well. As an Office 365 and Zoho company, a lot of our users would love to use the plugin.

I am using Zoho CRM since one year now, and also other products from Zoho like Zoho Invoice and Zoho Mail. When it come to the product, it is great in terms of quality / price. When it come to the company, personally I love their philosophy in business - sometime I feel like I am dealing with a foundation not as they are giving all the time and don't ask for return. I don't know companies providing professional email hosting for 25 users for free forever - Zoho Corp do and do also for Zoho CRM. Thanks.

Pros

This software is very well designed, it contains all the needed functionalities by sales team and management for daily use. Zoho CRM Is not complex like what we see in other software. The best is that Zoho is improving it continually.

The look and feel of the last version Zoho CRM 2016 is different than the other Zoho products and that is not really nice. Also, when comparing the price with other CRM Like Salesforce or MS dynamics. The difference is huge and most of the time not justifiable

-the price and functionality is exactly what we needed -ease of modifying fields to what is relevant to our business -imap email integration with outlook 365

Cons

-don't like having to fill out lead source each time it goes from lead to deal -it doesn't integrate with my phone provider which is Diapad

Pros

They add more features with each update to keep it up to time, market dynamics and meet customers specific needs and preferences. Zoho CRM helps us across varied integrated business functions from contact management, marketing automation, social media, events, quotation raising, invoicing management, process improvement, better reporting & analytics to enhancing faster response to our customers.

Cons

The cost can be customized on a model such as Pay-As-You-Go so that we only pay for what we use.

My experience with Zoho CRM has been overwhelmingly positive in the 3+ years I've been using it. It seamlessly works with the different software platforms I use and customer service is quick to respond if you need something customized or to report a bug. Highly recommend.

Pros

Extremely cost effective, especially if you're willing to purchase multiple years at a time. Seamlessly integrates with various platforms (Office 365, etc). Very user friendly and customer service is great.

Cons

Gosh, really nothing. It's perfect for what I need.

Pros

Setup all my email on this and connected it to my personal Gmail. I can send and recieve emails as (me)@(domain).org pretty easily. Good feature parity to Microsoft 365/GSuite, as well as many things they don't have to build your business online.

Cons

You'll probably want to Microsoft or Google if you want something that your employees are already familiar with. Has similar issue to Office 365, if you don't use GSuite people will likely use their personal Google accounts for Drive and Calendar.

Pros

Simplistic isn't necessarily a bad thing - our team has adapted quickly to learning this CRM and we all think that it is easy to use, yet very powerful and comprehensive. We use Zoho in integration with Office 365 mainly, and we have absolutely zero complaints as to the integration aspect.

Cons

As stated in the title, the simplistic nature of the software can leave some desiring a bit more out of the user experience - it definitely prioritizes function over form. Once again, not necessarily a bad thing! However, a little touch up of the UX and UI wouldn't hurt.

Overall, it's great for smaller businesses. It organizes data and provides easy to read reporting. I did run into quite a few bugs, which is common in online software. The software is pretty good and I would ultimately recommend it for smaller companies and freelancers, but the headaches that come having more refined workflows and processes, this CRM isn't going to be a good fit.

Pros

It's a CRM system. It is limited in its functionality compared to the big boys like Dynamics and Salesforce. It's pretty intuitive if you understand the purpose of CRM systems and how they are designed (on a high level). Out of the box, there are a lot of standard fields without the need to customize, but there is still the option to customize pretty deeply. Generating and tracking leads is a snap. The Customer Service and Support teams seem to need much more training. A client should never know more and have to train their staff.

Cons

I would like to see improvement to the time management processes. It's designed for smaller businesses, so it keeps things pretty simple in comparison. Depending on how much power you need, it may not be cost effective, by the time you customize and pay for upgraded subscriptions, you could have gone with a more powerful CRM that has these features by default.

Support is non existent and very poor product road map

ZOHO One has the potential to be a very powerful suite of tools and compete with Hubspot, but their development roadmap and customer support is seriously lacking. We have spent 3 months implementing ZOHO for our business, but we are left with no choice but to ditch all the work that we have done and find another solution.

Pros

ZOHO CRM is very customisable and relatively feature rich.

Cons

Key features are extremely out dated and badly need upgrading, such as: - Ability to integrate with Office 365 for sync Outlook emails, the only supported option is IMAP protocol which is out dated, insecure and disabled by default within Office 365. Zoho CRM - One to consider for SMEs

Zoho CRM is a fully-featured CRM product that is usable by businesses of all sizes. It works best when used with other Zoho suite tools as there is tight integration with the other modules. However, it does support Gmail and Outlook mail clients, so could be used in a G-Suite or Office 365 environment. As with any CRM system, getting the configuration right at the outset is key, as is getting users on board. If the up front work is done right, Zoho CRM brings great value to the organisations sales, marketing and customer service functions.

Pros

- Powerful CRM tool with features you would normally only expect in enterprise grade products - Highly customisable - Integration with other Zoho modules - Support for G-Suite and Outlook - Responsive support

I think there are some very good functions and features in Zoho CRM. It is easy easy to use and also has a raft of potential add-ons in the Zoho Suite that can be used at a small cost such as Zoho Sign which is so simple to use along with Zoho Survey. It can be White Labelled which I like.

Pros

It ticks our list as a Cloud-based solution after moving from a system on a shared network drive operation. You receive quite a lot for the price. It is built around the sales funnel/channel and does this well. It gives you all the functionality within the leads or accounts fields to record meetings, interactions, emails, phone calls, emailing directly from Zoho and calling from Soho if using a VOIP...

Cons

The UI can look a bit plain for some if you do not know how to customise. Downloading or collating data is not always straight forward. This is also to be said about uploading leads. It is not always clear which part of an upload has failed. However, when the upload does work it is a great time saver. The search function is not that intuitive; I found sometimes unless you type in an exact match it does not return anything.
