Functional richness. Integration with all elements of the Zoho suite (survey, analytics)

If we have any issues with Zoho CRM, we need to submit a ticket to the Sales Support Team. Zoho CRM confuses us with their seemingly simple activities

Improvement in lead conversion rates. Revenue increase per sales person. It is going to number 1 CRM in coming few years. Very good software. Zoho CRM decreased sales and marketing costs.
Zoho makes software not solutions, so may not meet the requirement of some enterprise. I don't think there are to much cons in this software.

Zoho CRM helps in lead and contact management along with sales pipeline management and purchase control. Zoho CRM can automate daily business activities, track sales, and engage customers in different platforms.
I didn't like the pricing which becomes hard for small or entry level businesses to adopt this wonderful business model.

Over all worth in good price in comparison to other popular crm.
It's good CRM and allows and give you great flexibility to manage and store customer information and manage the complete workflow starting from sales to billing.
The case creation process is a bit complicated if I compare with other standard CRM like sales force.

Overall I really like the software but I think I find sometimes difficult in using the software so I believe there should be an easy way of using someone’s help online and support us whenever we need.
Zoho CRM is just so easy to use and its saves a lot of my time and really allow us to have good interactions with my customers.My work get easier day by day.
Sometimes I don’t know how to use a crm to aid in sales so I think they need to help us with a sales person how to do that.

Zoho CRM is all-in-one CRM. We can manage the campaign, leads, business, sales and marketing prospects in single platform.
I don't think there is anything I dislike about this platform. The only problem is sometimes it becomes difficult to link a non-Zoho product with Zoho CRM.

Managing different contacts. This functionality is very critical and Zoho does a good job of getting their basics right.
Sometimes the setting tags via integration used to create a problem but have been resolved with updates.

Before we adopted ZOHO CRM, we were using manual systems like excel sheets. ZOHO CRM has made crucial information available to pre-sales, sales and lead generation teams along with management having a dashboard access to sales status.

It was easy to teach yourself to use and set up as a CRM. It had a lot of great features like tagging and email marketing.
From a marketing perspective, I really liked it but our sales team didn't think it was the best CRM.

Very satisfied with sales CRM but unhappy with ZOHO Desk
It is a CRM you can setup and start using. No need for a programmer to do the setup. So along as you think through the requirement is a systematic way and plan it in advance, the setting up is a breeze, well supported by their support team on chat
Zoho Desk which is also available is not suited for customer support activities of equipments. It is more suited for IT software, hardware firms with call center facilities

What I like the most about Zoho CRM is the ability to automate sales, the email feature, Sales system and many more
What I don't like about Zoho CRM is about the email feature where you add your domain name to your account. Some domains are not added like .ga, .cf and many more which is not too okay. They should consider that.

Zoho is a fantastic CRM for people who need a simple, all-inclusive CRM that does a little bit of everything (sales management, custom CRM data, email marketing, web analytics, etc.)
While Zoho is well-rounded in many areas, they don't specialize in any one area super well. For example, email marketing features are great for building simple automated newsletter campaigns, but they haven't thought through much past that. You can't, for instance, state to send the next email after a 3 day delay but ONLY on weekdays. So in a B2B industry, people will still get some emails on weekends. It's small quirks like that throughout the software.

Good to use.
With Zoho CRM & Suite it is easy to keep control for all sales.
The price ! And if you want the whole Suite it becomes very expensive, and not a good value for money in the end.

There are a few terms that complicate the understanding of the system such as multiple uses of the word "Campaigns" that has different meaning within different parts of the system.

Zoho CRM has increased productivity this is actually the best CRM i have interacted with in terms of generating Sales Leads.
I love the fact that Zoho CRM allows mobility you can always keep track on your hand held device when you are out of your work station I also love the fact that Zoho CRM is intractable with your google mail(Gmail) you don't have to create a new account you will retain yours This now did it for me oho CRM allows you to access real time information with out delay and also links to all social media reaching and giving you insights that connect people on social media to your products
This is not a major but will help if Zoho CRM could allow some customization in the UI Also the support could be better if I may say

Anyone is sales need an efficient and affordable CRM. Zoho CRM is it! User friendly, affordable and packed with ALL the features you'd find in much more expensive CRM such as Salesforce. Try Zoho CRM. You'll be happy!

Zoho is a great entry level sales CRM tool. I would highly suggest it for smaller organizations and sales teams. Zoho makes it easy to record sales activities and calls.
Many other software don't have integrations setup with Zoho. I would suggest Salesforce for a larger/growing sales team.

It is so easy to use and great affordable software. It has outstanding features such as email templates, great customization's with the best reporting features.
Zoho software is an best CRM tool and that's why it can allow us to track all of our sales and marketing process but it does not provide the great options for it's users so that's why we can track our records, documents and presentations. But still Zoho CRM is one of the best CRM software in the market.

Amazing and productive!
We have used Monday for all our Production Tracking for 2 years. We have continually improved it and without a doubt has helped us grow. This year we deployed the CRM and have made the switch from Salesforce to Monday. Its much more user friendly and quicker. The app is much better as well!
I have no strong dislikes. The CRM and app have been amazing.
