Pros

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.

Pros

Nimble is a great app that helps to keep great interactions with our customers. It helps to track the relationship between each clients and what they need in real time.
We have been with Nimble for 5+ years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, reliable storage solution with great customer support.
The interface is dominantly having a good set-up quality that the developer must be commended in doing this. Hue can also bring impact to users.

Cons

The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.

Cons

It lost me when I had to create a subscription for piesync to integrate other essential applications.
As I am still getting used to the software it is difficult to criticise.
There seemed a to be a lot of glitching and freezing- especially at the most inconvenient time of trying to clock in/out.

Great product, love emails being synced automatically to each contact and account. The great migration of data feature from your old CRM.

Pros

SO many features. I have used Salesforce, Pipedrive, Nimble, etc. All of them have something unique to offer, but I think Zoho CRM does the best at taking what is good from the others and bringing them all into one system.

Cons

It can be a bit overwhelming. They have 30 some different apps within "Zoho One". Connecting them together is a little harder than you would think.

Unhappy with Zoho CRM I was searching the landscape for a better option. Nimble CRM was one of 7 that I tried out and I must admit they were a very distant 2nd place to lessannoingCRM. However I replied to an email I received asking to be taken off the email list and I mentioned that I settled on LessannoyingCRM and paid already. I needed to reply in the first place because there was no unsubscribe...

Pros

Nimble was much better than Zoho CRM and many others I tested. The price was very reasonable. The platform is somewhat attractive.

Cons

Way behind lessannoyingCRM and monstrous policies with rude forced marketing efforts that would take the one hair off Seth Godin's head. Jon, no means no and take me off the list means take me off the list and try to do it with a smile:)

I like that it takes social media aspect of CRM, twitter, linkedin, instragram--love that partKeep trying, I want to a reason to buy your product! I use it mostly for recruiting business.

Cons

It was confusing. I ended up using Zoho and Inisghtly, however I wanted to use your guys way more, but there were limitations. Promising however not powerful enough for full CRM capabilities.

Great Social mining, needs more CRM features

Nimble is fun and great at what it does! I enjoyed my Nimble experience. I find it to be a great tool for finding information about people. I only wish it had better Sales pipeline features. I need to create and track deals as they progress. I hear that those features are coming. We shall see how they implement.

PROS: Pretty good, especially if you are looking for social media integrations with your CRM platform. Not as comprehensive in features as Salesforce or Zoho, but it's got an inexpensive price point (when I was using Nimble it was a month price per user, with ample storage space and unlimited deals). A solid, user-friendly CRM. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a straight-forward CRM.

Pros

Nimble was really easy to install, set up and get started with. It's straight forward and it's great for taking info from LinkedIn, rather than us having to do that manually. It saves us time, so we can focus that time on growing the business. The Customer Support Team have been great too, which is alway a big plus!

Cons

There's a few features that I don't find quite as easy to use, such as the calendar reminder feature. Also, if it could be integrated with Mail Chimp that would be really useful for us.

Pros

Compatibility with social media. The value for the features I receive. The integration with email is awesome and makes it easy to upload contacts.

Cons

It would be great if it integrated with LinkedIn, but I understand that this is because of LinkedIn, not because of Nimble.

LinkedIn made the decision to close their API to all 3rd parties. However, you can definitely download the Nimble Contact Add-in and use this directly within your LinkedIn account in order to locate information about your leads and add their information directly to your Nimble account. It helped in emailing the leads that we have easily and also in tracking each leads. The user interface is great and it easily can be integrated to the google calendar as well.

Lack of a CRM to care for customers. I have to have another CRM to be able to do a proposition for a customer and keep data of our company.

My overall experience with Nimble is great. Nimble is very simple to use. And it has a smart CRM for Office 365 & G Suite.

Pros

Smart CRM for Office 365 & G Suite and it works for me by automatically combining my contacts.

Cons

Nimble is a very fast effective and trusted software for CRM.

Overall this is a good package.

A cloud based CRM system

Pros

The way it gathers data from Social Media. The new look is good

Cons

The fact that company addresses are not automatically added to the contact record - you have to input it twice Also you cannot export specific fields. You cannot have more than 1 administrator

Nimble CRM - makes users want to use it

I wanted a CRM that enabled social media interactions as well as traditional CRM contact and opportunity management. It had to be easy to access and simple to use. Nimble CRM delivered 95% of what I wanted.

Pros

Daily overview on log-in and sent by email View and click to import contact data direct from social media like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Add Customisable tabs Direct links to Hootsuite Schedule social media posts Opportunity management

Cons

Basic email folders and formatting Customised fields history not kept Lacks opportunity dashboards

Nimble is a good piece of software that makes CRM efficient.

An excellent overview and CRM tool!

Pros

This is a web based software, rather than a program you have to download, which is certainly a plus for us and our already overloaded computers. We can import various contacts that have come to us from our Google software or LinkedIn very easily. We can organise our clients into various pigeon holes, which makes life easy when we have our fingers in many pies. My favorite feature, however, is the 'Today' page. Which is a very, VERY, nice looking overview of all our upcoming responsibilities and links to social media to suggests threads to follow. All in all an excellent piece of kit.

Cons

Whilst I liked how it synced with our Google accounts, it took a bit more manual effort to import contacts successfully, got there in the end though!

Decent entry level CRM system

Nimble is a good CRM system and I think it works really well for any small company looking for an entry level CRM.

Pros

This is a good system for a company looking to move away from excel sheets or to implement their first CRM system, simply because it is affordable and less difficult to implement than free solutions.

Cons

Lacking in integrations. It can take some time to get your contact list added to the system, therefore it is best for companies looking to implement a CRM. Moving a contact list over to Nimble is a little frustrating.

I use Nimble for my small business, and it's been a great tool for organization and prospecting.

CRM without the extreme complicated interface of Salesforce

Pros

Social media integration. It really gives a great snapshot of my contact. So when I call them, I have every latest detail right in front of me. This helps tremendously with conversation starters.

Cons

A little confusion when adding new People/Companies. This is mostly with the extension for Chrome. I wish you could convert a people contact to business and vice-versa.

I have been a customer for a year and a half and i love to play with it to make it better.

A quicker process to get information to CRM.

Pros

Browser plugin helps me to get information from a website. There is no need for open CRM while doing that. Most important feature for me. Nimble also works great with different Google products.

Cons

Android App could use a little tuning, but it doesn´t affect me since I use Nimble usually from a desktop.

Pros

It is a great CRM tool to organize contacts into various lists and helps in taking bulk actions on a large data set.

Cons

Complex to use and the interface is not as great as other CRM tools

Ended up going with a competitor because of deal management aspect. The CRM solution we went with allowed us to have multiple kinds of pipelines for deals.
