Much more customizable than Pipedrive that we use.

We tried to create pipelines like we used to in Pipedrive and we couldn't do it.

Did you try other CRM like Hubspot, vTiger, OneCRM, Pipedrive, etc. ?

Cons

Few functionality should be added, as we have with Pipedrive to create pipelines easily.

Our small team used this for almost a year. It required more data entry than useful for our needs

We got a good introduction to CRM, and learned a lot more about what's important to us. Ultimately, we moved to a different platform, but I can see how larger teams may benefit.

Pros

Pretty fast to learn, and easy to navigate. It was a relatively quick setup process. And they continued to support it, rolling out new features and replying to questions quickly. If we had a bigger team, it would be a viable choice.

Cons

Other platforms were closer to our preferred use (Pipedrive)

A growing CRM but need more maturity

Pros

We were confused among hubspot, pipedrive and zohoCRM.

Cons

UX looks a little heavy. It does not give me feel of using an advanced CRM. They need to bring in a little bit of automation functionality to make it a top notch solution.

User-friendly CRM system

I tried zoho CRM and Sugar CRM before, and didn't like them as much as I like Pipedrive now.

Pros

It brings me accurate statistics on all the updats in my database. Support team is really great.

Cons

Syncronization with my email box sometimes fails.

Very fast to get up and running.

It has made our sales life's a lot easier. It keeps track on our leads and we have also increased our sales with Pipedrive

Pros

We used Zoho CRM before pipedrive, and i was afraid it would take forever to get all the date over to Pipedrive, but i was amazed of how easy it was, a couple of clicks and everything was ready to use.

Cons

Sometimes it might be too simple. But that's just a con when you need more features. It could have some more Product features like categories.

Easy to use and very efficient in managing my customer pipeline

Pros

I have experience of using SugarCRM and Zoho CRM and had a chance to test Salesforce.com.

Cons

The other great feature of Pipedrive is that outgoing emails bcc'd to a certain address get automatically attached to a deal (opportunity) and thus create the history of correspondence with a customer. One thing that could possibly be improved is that incoming emails are attached to a deal as well thus creating a full picture of correspondence. Call logging would be another useful feature.

Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive

It's not a secret that introducing CRM may face resistance from users and, as a result, failure to introduce it. It turns out that ease of use is one of the major factors for successful intorduction of CRM in an organisation. Look for ease of use over fancy dashboards and an array of features.
