Moving from our previous CRM provider to Zoho CRM can be compared to trying to tame a Tyrannosaurus to playing with a puppy, desperate to please its owner.

Pros

Zoho CRM understands our business and solves our issues.

Cons

Want more flexibility in reporting. More recorded video tutorials. Opening "welcome" video embedded into first sign in with an overview of features and examples of possibilities. Only on day 4. Will keep you posted.

Great for what it is

If you're looking for a CRM that is customizable and can adjust to your business, Zoho CRM is the best bang for your dollar. However, recognize that Zoho's platform is to develop features, *not* to be a sales partner. They have partners around the world who can help you on an ad hoc or on-going basis, but the 24/5 support is really just there for trouble shoot issues with the program - not to help you develop your business.

Pros

The customization means that Zoho can be adapted to a variety of fields. It's generally intuitive for sales people and their cross platform support is really picking up with the new User Interface.

Cons

Support is present effectively only to address bugs, not to problem solve.

Recommendations to others considering Zoho CRM

I've looked at a lot of CRMs but I've been very happy with the value of Zoho and am not leaving any time soon. As much as I wish they'd invest a bit more in their customer support, I am so happy with the product, the people working on the product, and all of the innovations they continue to bring. Additionally, if you're looking for a platform to build a business, Zoho has one of the richest ecosystems out there and they're basically hidden from view because they don't spend any money on marketing. A far cry from their competition.

Pros

We had used several CRM's also with our inbuilt CRM but Zoho support team help for finding a right solution for my business and it help a lot.

Cons

Only one thing is there they should add an Live chat support for instant solving my problems.

I ended up not purchasing

I was not able to solve any problems with Zoho unfortunately.

Pros

It seemed fairly simple to use if you're already familiar with CRMs but was a bit complicated for the simple uses I needed. It was neatly laid out.

Cons

I was debating for two different CRMs for the company I work for and went with the other. Zoho just didn't click with me. I tried uploading my contact list multiple times and it was problematic. I was using the right file type but it just was not intuitive. I figured if I was already struggling that much then it probably was not suited for me.

Zoho CRM is really great. In the App I can consult any customer, include notes and read the service history. Also, I can see all the address data and open it directly on Maps and use the GPS to get to the client.

Cons

I had many problems at the beginning to test the application, passoword problems, login problems, and had a certain delay to solve

I believe Zoho CRM is the best CRM on the market as far as I used it. The best thing about ZOHO CRM is that according to business needs you can integrate different tools or data source into it to ease the process and handle everything from one place. After using Zoho this was solved.

Pros

Zoho is a full-featured CRM with a vast amount of features and benefits. The leads module was especially helpful. Separating leads for contacts helped us to better track our interactions with potential customers. The cases module is also very helpful for a company that does service. We could track all of our open service issues in one convenient place.

Cons

I was a little unhappy with the tasks module.

ZOHO allows me and the staff to track various functions - like when we are prospecting for new clients, making cold calls/warm calls/hot calls based on prospect interest.

The Zoho family is characterized by having potentially useful platforms for your business, no matter what your turn, has helped us to keep all our activities in order, protections, tasks, personnel, appointments, etc., best of all is that you can go adding modules according to your needs and budgets to have even more solid tools.

Cons

Maybe I could improve the response times by the support area, I did not have many problems but the only occasion I had to wait several days for me to solve a problem.

It is a must have

It helps me having my costumers issues controlled and some other minor aspects. The best thing is that anything related with costumers is noted there and linked with the corresponding costumer, making easier to remember things.

Pros

Zoho CRM is very professional and allows you to control appropiately your customers, add their contact names, phones, emails, etc. as well as solve incidents, make reports, plan activities, etc.

Cons

In my case it was a little bit difficult to fully understand its way of work and start making profit of its full potential. So that would be in my opinion its main disadvantge. But with time everybody should be able to use it properly.
