My First CRM
Used the software first as an alternative to Google Sheets where all our lead information was held. Was blown away by the extremely easy to use then-UI which was made easier in the recent update! What I loved about the sales team was that they let us extend our professional trial period over 4 times just to get the hang of the CRM! Very cheeky I say.. they really got us hooked and dependent. I am a zoho-holic and I am a report King! Love the power of CRM reports! We first started using the CRM with a team of 6 but now I use the enterprise version with a team of 25.
