Pros

I love that it has a free version. This is particularly helpful to companies who don't really need sophisticated survey forms and just need to collate information and data.
The simplicity of the tools and the clean clear interface make it easy to use and look good. Also like the idea of the integration with CRM.
This tool is very easy to use and can help you create great surveys with their canned options or easy customization.

Pros

The solution is very easy to use, the surveys look great and get great response rates, and it integrates with Salesforce which makes reporting super easy.
I love the platform and how easy and fun is to do the surveys and its an easy way to get a feedback from your customers.
I love the interface for creating surveys - super easy to use and they offer nice templates that make my surveys look very custom.

Cons

Navigation sometimes is difficult with a weak network.
In some instances, such as matrix drop down etc, I felt certain customizations were not possible or were difficult to use.
At times the live chat feature does not alert you or provide the pop-up notification when a chat has come in. Usually this requires the user to restart the application to fix this issue.

Cons

Problems with changing creator's account password. Tech support ineffective in solving some basic, continual problems.
If anything, it could be a little cheaper, but I'd really struggle to criticise this software.
Very expensive if you want to have the Salesforce connection. Also I think the customisation of the surveys is a bit poor, there should be an option to edit CCS, HTML, etc.
