We used the free version of Zoho surveys and it was awesome. I used it to deploy surveys for a client campaign when I worked for another company. We used it for several campaigns because it was easy to develop surveys, easy for the team to use, and easy to pull reports.

I did wish there was a little more flexibility to pull pieces of the reports out so we could use the data in our own report format. This may be a feature that is available now, but wasn't when I used it. I had to export and just use the report the system provided.

I think the software is well set out for beginners to advanced users with a lot of helpful resources to get the job done quickly.

I just think it's expensive and I found a free option but it was good they have a free trial so I could give it a suss.

It has numerous functionalities even in the free variant. I appreciated that the product already computes the NPS score and gives marvellous reports. Something else simple that it is so natural to utilize and instinctive it is.

Zoho Overview restricted customization choices for study layouts, restricting personalization.

It does the job if you do basic survey. Quite quick to deploy and it connects with Zoho campaign.

The fields are not super customizable, the design is a bit of a pain to make it look good.

Used in our market research for product pricing, you can create a conditioning poll that collect good comparable data for a decision making

The tool is expensive as it is sold independently from other Zoho applications unless when you go for zoho one

Ease of use and ability to create and push out a survey in under an hour.

I don't have any thing to write here. Thinking about it, I was able to create what I wanted.

I like on this programme is editable any time about the survey questions. This give flexibility of change when there is a mistake

Live report is not available on this programme. I want to improve to see live result should be visible

The variety of types of questions and responses was very useful. Also, being able to use multiple languages was a huge reason we chose this product over the others. We love the smiley faces that adds color to the survey.

It was not easy at first. You really should look at the videos to get started. If you change your mind about the layout or choice of responses, you are limited and you may need to toss that question and do it again which is time consuming.

I love the ease of use and the large amount of ways you can query the survey results. Nice field types. I was able to create a nice survey with questions that appear based on how the user answers the questions.

None, but I would like to see the Deluge scripting added for more fine tuning of the way the surveys can be manipulated based on how the questions are answered. I would also like to see the ability to add sections and page breaks. Zoho Forms has the option to save the form and let the user resume with that form later. These features would be a nice for Zoho Survey and also Zoho Forms. Note: The competing software also does not have these features but since Zoho is the best, why not make it even better?

Form builder with range of complex selector tools, such as ranking sliders and star ratings, provide a more playful option than traditional checkboxes and radio buttons. Easy to aggregate results provide data insights of responses.

Richer data highlighting surveys not completed or invitations not viewed on a per user basis would be helpful. Further linking this information with additional nudge options might help to encourage participation.

It is an application that allows you to make accounts of all kinds regardless of the category of your business or what you do, the most interesting thing for me is that I can synchronize it with the CRM and Zoho in an easy and fast way, allowing me to have a preview more Complete and detailed surveys of my clients

It does not allow me to put images to make surveys of a product and my client can see or remember what product it was. On the other hand, I feel that they should add more templates and that they look a bit more modern. Those that are currently available I like but I think they can improve that part a lot even.

I have looked at several survey programs both for ease of use and sophistication of the program. I found Zoho to be the best of the bunch, even better than several more well-known programs. It is very easy to construct the questions and as a person from the market research industry, the flexibility to construct questions and their logic is very good. It is not the most sophisticated software I have run into, but it is by far the best value considering price/performance.

What the best online survey programs have that I can't find in Zoho is the ability to call up the next question on the basis of an answer in the previous question. As far as I can tell, Zoho is a static survey program and the survey looks like a paper survey rather than a dynamic online survey. But - if you need a survey that looks like it could have been developed on paper, Zoho is the survey program for you. Since I am in a trial version, some functionality may not be available to me.

Zoho Survey is the best platform where you can create your survey within few minutes. You can reach to your targeted audience on any device. You can see the results in real-time and graphically both. You can also share your surveys instantly with everyone on your list.

The features of Zoho Survey are really awesome, we can easily create the surveys and we can also analyze the results. For me, zoho survey is perfect without any cons.

I love the different options of the type of answers the survey questions can have (e.g. matrix, rating scale etc.)

The translate feature does not allow us to translate the name of the document. Also the survey does not accept responses when the admin is updating while the survey is online. There is no warning given.

you cant cusomize the fields sizes , for example to put two fields beside each other

-They also offer a mobile app but it lacks in features & the UI is clumsy.-Creation of multi step surveys results in workflow validation errors which can be difficult to reolve, can be avoided by using the 'Skip logic Piping' feature.

It is very easy to use. You can put the logic in the questions designed It has a lot of options for questions All the set ups in the Enterprise version allow you to customize the survey

if one of the question is multiple lines o for lines you can not establish the logic, so you have to put this type of questions at the end of the survey

It is user friendly and also allows one create as many questions as one wants to. It has helped us in data collection and obtaining feedback from our Clients about our services.

The fact that it makes it almost impossible for the administrator to update the survey form once it has been submitted.

I like the best that it has a very easy-to-use interface that does not require much training or learning. I created different types of surveys for my market research and was able to customize everything in the survey starting from questions to their types. I also integrated with other apps like Zoho analytics and Zoho Campaigns, it was very effective and gave me excellent results.

No cons were identified. Excellent app for market research surveys.

I've used Zoho Survey to create basic surveys from a template in minute. The process flow of the software is so intuitive and easy to use.

The basic subscription package is limited to ten survey questions so this works only if you're developing and sending out short surveys. If you're looking to collect more information, however, you'll need a more robust package at a higher price.

This software was so easy to set up and use! We used this mostly for quizzing staff and anonymous surveys. There are so many options to choose from when setting up questions! We have used this product since 2012 and have used it countless times. It's a great way to track KPIs and feedback. It was also nice to fully customize the look and feel of each individual survey.

Where we wanted the option to not only use it as a survey site, but also a quizzing/testing site, that was not something that was offered in the product. We graded all of them individually. This is strictly a survey program.

it works! and does the job it needs to! The free version is sufficient for simple surveys. The paid version allows greater data volume and more complex surveys.

software interface is a little clunky and take some getting used to. The paid version does not improve the interface.
