Pros

Super easy to set up on our own. Can completely customize for different needs with any type of questions which works great for multiple teams.
We were really happy to discover Zonka as it offered not only full functionality as needed but also great flexibility and reporting.
The reporting and analytics around feedback are brilliant and spot on. They’re also constantly adding more features, which is helpful.

Pros

I am happy with SparkChart, as it helped me transition from paper to online in all my surveys. Would love it to conquer the likes of Menti...but this may not be the purpose of it.
The ease of use by participants on mobile and other devices is a great plus for better response rates.
I am very happy with the survey power Spark Chart gives me. Without these templates I wouldn't know where to find the best in class business surveys, much less how to put them together.

Cons

Through this app we were able to track our patient experience on real time and also if there was any suggestion or negative experience we were able to act on it immediately.
The inability to skip non relevant sections within a questionnaire.
I cannot think about anything I really dislike.

Cons

The only issue I had was the lack of some features that are now already in the new developments timetable and others have already been implemented.
I had a major problem with the way the functions were named.
We had no way of getting feedback after each deployment especially on what users thought of our software features and UX. This all changed after I discovered SparkChart.
