Really amazing that you can integrate so many Data Warehouses to Veeva and that Veeva is good in the workspace to have known many especially in the Biotech/Pharma space.
Currently, only 2 offline versions : one for Windows, but no more maintained, and one for iPad, with an unknown future (and you have to buy iPad for all your fieldforce).
Veeva gives us that advantage with a comprehensive suite of applications that provide cutting-edge features using the most relevant devices across all channels.
As for many companies, I have reps on the road all week long, and depending where they are, no 3G/4G connexion. And sometimes, no Wifi in hotel.
User-friendly, ease of use, and ability to implement quickly.
But when we moved to a global support, made by one of the "Big 4", it was a nightmare to manage. Where I was disappointed it is about reporting.
Workflow is clear and it is easy to populate who you want to send the documents to.
Sometimes there is a deviation between online and offline version so i have to make a synchronization at least everyday.
I also appreciate the customer support and involvement by our Veeva solutions consultants. They are extremely invested in our success and work to eliminate barriers and problem areas our users face.
Overall great system a big upgrade from synergistic CATS system.

The program has proven to be a priceless tool for growing revenue and maintaining client interactions.
From the field sales perspective, the calendar feature where you can drag in providers and build and plan your weeks is my favorite feature.
