The templates for email blasts are very confusing.
An amazing product, excellent customer service, prompt support; you'll be a loyal customer for life.
Also sometimes it gets confusing as to where to go to access the different tasks that can be done using the system.
After learning the system and training on it we were quite pleased with the ease of use and my wife was especially pleased with the marketing abilities.
The tablets were the only problem we encountered but customer service was very prompt to get new ones to us asap.
Great software and great tech support. Customers and myself are very happy with software as well as tech support.
I think some of the reports are difficult but that may be because we are using it in a way that is not the way the program was desgined.
Help is always abundant, friendly and immediate when needed. Frequent Program updates offer ease of use and opportunity for additional promotions to keep our rewards program fresh for our loyal users.

The overall experience is Excellent, as it is very easy and convenient and budget friendly.
It's a terrible experience and often a complete waste of precious time.
The ease of implementation and user interface. Features are impressive.
Furthermore, instead of working with Gsuite, it tries to force you to send and receive emails from within the CRM with inferior functionality (no signature capability...).
Overall very good experience, works as advertise with good customer support as needed.
Cost of programme is expensive since you have to pay for each users.
Overall it was a good experience. Hoping to use in the future again.
There is little to complain about this software as far as my experience goes.
I like the fact that ZOHO always adds new functionality to ZOHO CRM. I also like that it is integrated with all its key software like Books, Campaigns, Projects, and a host of other apps.
This software is a very complete CRM tool. That's quite good, after a meeting for example, to save and keep all the information related to the person/company you met.
I absolutely love the pricing structure. Its very affordable, even for micro businesses.
As the Marketing Manager, I am always pulling reports from the various sales territories. I really like the feature that I can save the categories for my report, and run them as needed.

Sometimes people provide personal information in their questions, and if we accidentally send these questions (and personal information) to other customers, we might get sued.
They offer quite a few features in the lower priced tiers and are relatively easy to use. Yotpo is a recognized name by many consumers as a trusted reviews platform, which is a great benefit.
I hate when companies don't put their pricing out there in the open and make you contact them for it.
I loved the ability to keep everything all in one place. It's super user friendly (although I'm still learning every day).

Everything is very customisable and easy to use. Support is amazing, receptive and proactive.
But to mention one thing for now (as I was told it will be sorted) is the inability for customers to leave more than one online review per sequence.

We had to get the customer info on a printed doc, then input that into a spreadsheet, then onto an email the client … It took a lot of time and caused a lot of frustration.

After set up, it is great to see everything about clients answers. You can also choose to build a sequence that will stop if the software detects that a client is not satisfied.
It's really easy to use and it helps us to get honest feedback from our customers.
It has automation and integrations of all elements of my biz (survey, reviews, referral and cross-sell) and the ease of having all in one place.
The developers are really listening to our concerns and always improving the tool.

What I love most is that this is a true solution to having my own native app without spending 50k to hundreds of thousands to have something that is completely my own.
Many times renewals get rejected in stripe which makes it frustrating for admins and members.
All of our members who have joined our app since launching have said that they love the app more than Facebook. They love the clean and user friendly interface.
The inability to have banner feeds for users to see when promoting.
I think the organization of this software is great, its clean, straight to the point and its user friendly.
Limited Integration Options: Disciple may have limitations in terms of integrations with other third-party tools or platforms.
The onboarding process was great. Our Community Specialist and then our Community Success Manager were both absolutely fantastic; really helpful and responsive.
Still struggling with the menu/folders functionality. Not entirely clear how to set this up the way I want.
And supported by a great team too - super helpful and responsive, giving time generously whenever needed and going above and beyond to investigate issues when needed.
Response times are brilliant and it does feel that they go the extra mile to ensure that issues are quickly resolved.
It is a great platform, similar to a social media platform but more intentional and great for a variety of communities, campaigns, and research.
Disciple is feature rich. The team is very clear about the road map, and the users can have a say on the priority of the features being built which is really great.
Disciple's customer service is outstanding. A knowledgeable, efficient, extremely amiable team of people committed to their product and their customers.
Value is great and the customer support if very very strong. More than I would have expected given the price.
