The ability to set reporting is also a huge plus. Once set up the way you want it, it becomes second nature and its ease of use is superb.
Does not work on their phones. Weird glitches on some reports really set us back months which is a bummer.
Over all it’s been a great program and great company to work with. Look forward to years of a great relationship.

This one integrates with my Payroll company seamlessly. The online ordering platform used was ridiculously easy and provides a more polished seamless look for my company.
It's annoying when I'm eating at a restaurant and it takes my waiter so long to put in orders, print checks, etc. I see them struggling and I want to go install SpotOn myself right then.
Easy to use, great customization, awesome customer service, Sales Rep delivered as promised.
I have had to place stop payment on them and stop using the credit card machine in order to stop the bleed. I literally have called and emailed each and everyday for months trying to get a resolution.

This is the best website/app when making reservations. It is seamless and super easy to see what your options are when looking at places to go.
Difficult at first to locate the specefic restaurant I was looking for. Unable to change reservation from site, can only cancel.
The app is user friendly and intuitive, it keeps track of your reservations and is much more secure and hassle free than calling the restaurant and hoping they pick up the phone.
My only problem with OpenTable is the cuisine categories aren't always accurate which can make it slightly difficult to find what you're looking for when you're in the mood for something specific.
I like the design of the app and the user friendly it has become they did some great improvements.
There is nothing that I have encountered as of yet that makes me dislike this app.
Open Table was a useful program that helped me to make reservations at my favorite restaurants. It was easy to make the reservations and I liked the alerts when the table was ready.
A few miscommunication errors at times between restaurants and open table.
I love using OpenTable because the reviews allow me to find great restaurants in my area and I love how it automatically updates my calendar when I make a reservation.
The ease and organization of reservations is impeccable and there are so many brilliant features like adding notes to clients and their bookings so you can easily remember birthdays/anniversaries etc.
OpenTable is wonderful, not only do they have fast and professional customer service, they're also improving the software everyday.
I have enjoyed the recent upgrades, it makes the website more user friendly and less complicated. I particularly enjoy the feature that allows me to make a reservation depending on my party size.

Very happy with the app's and amazing support. This is the first app's we find that give us all what we need and it's free.
I know what is the cost of production of every thing that I sell, it you guys put that option and at the end of the day it give me the real income I would totally suck you dick.
I am really glad that I found Loyverse. The product quality, variety of features and excellent customer support are really a jaw dropping experience with Loyverse.
The application lags and can be slow at times.
Was looking for program and found this, just amazing, I can now run a loyalty program in my shop to benifit my customers, easy to use.
Also you must be connected to WiFi to use this system and that kinda is a downside to it it ended up using a bunch of data on my cell.

After a little hiccup trying to upload my inventory, the team were on hand instantly to help rectify the problem. I am very grateful for their knowledge and know how of this wonderful POS.

Overall for the price this app works and is a great companion to keeping inventory and having a Pos system on your device.
No need to purchase hardware to use as it can be installed on any smartphone or tablets. Multi user capability helps business to assign userID to retail staff.

The ability for the software solution to work for you straight out of the box and then provide the adaptability and also extensive modularity is amazing.
The software may allow you to do some configurations and suggest some functionality but it does not work in the context of North America or lead to hard errors with system crash.
All In One retails solution along with an outstanding MS ERP. Loyalty and mobile inventory are most valuable additions.
Problems linked to DataDirector (Replication) which is designed mostly for one direction (from Store to HQ) and problems with printers interfaces.
Implementation phase is very good & simple for any beginner. POS is very clear concept for anyone & the most important thing that I like very much is troubleshooting.
Poor documentation (both functional and technical). Limited training availability.
LS Retail brings out the best features to enrich your Retail Business. You Can Customize the Product as per your Business needs and it helps to see the growth of the firm transparently.

Vouchercart offer an attractive voucher solution and their team help tailor the products/packages and have expertise in maximising sales that are of great benefit.
Feel like there could be an option to blacklist customers who have bought vouchers in the past for fraudulent purposes.
So easy to use and our contact, the customer representative is a brilliant help with any queries.
Awkward to preview and amend set vouchers for new imagery etc once initially integrated.
The onboarding experience with Vouchercart is fairly seamless and for the end results of a few days work, the sales growth of vouchers is quite impressive.
We have had difficulty redeeming vouchers in store on the tills.
The website is so easy for clients to use, funds are deposited very quickly and clients love the ease of the website. Redeeming vouchers is so easy too.
It’s interface is bit tricky but eventually get used to it.

Overall, we're very happy with Revetize and have had an excellent return on investment. Our contact and customer communication have really improved and we seeing a lot more leads and referrals.
QR codes seem to expire. When printing flyers off at some point they become useless and we have to reprint with new codes.
The customer service is outstanding and I always feel like they truly value us as a client. We have also seen many great results getting more and more reviews because of Revetize.
When uploading a list, even though they mention it, I've forgotten a few times that the file needs to be in.
Super easy to use, it makes it easy to engage prospects or customers.
Not everyone is comfortable giving out their cell phone #s, so we've struggled with that portion.

The mobile app is buggy and needs refining. Managing marketing 'sequences' can be trickier than normal due to the buggy mobile app.
I love that I can text, and email my customers. It sends out review requests and helps us to build on our own customers for referrals.

It is user friendly, the design is clean, and I have the flexibility to use it in a way that suits my needs.
Personable friendly owners who are highly responsive to your business needs.
At the end fo the day I still think its nice to be able to choose what mode I want to market my customers with at any given moment if I carve out the time.

It can be fed about the latest news so that people won;t fel it is just a bot out there. It needs to know a lot of basic information which is missing right now.
So far awesome, i love it and would like to continue using it on my dev site.
The little problem we felt is not able to feed some custom data.
It worked more than what we expected. It's ability to select particular product as per user instruction is amazing.
Many customers and prospects came to my site before Acobot and left frustrated because they couldn't find something.
In conclusion I really like working with the software and would recommend to anyone who cares if graphics or forms to use it.
There wasnt much flexibility to choose the Icon representing the bot.
Acobot is a great four-in-one deal: It engages users, clarifies their queries, decreases support costs, and increases conversion rates.
Easy to use, excellent product, easy to integrate into websites or use with Shopify. We have tried quite a few and this is our preferred software.
