The price, the user experience, the lack of multibrand use. When I threatened to take my business elsewhere we had one call with the VP but then he stopped responding to calls and emails.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
It felt like they were just as fed up with this crap tool as we are. Although they didn't say it, I think one of our key employees quit over the frustration of dealing with marketing cloud.
We use salesforce daily to engage with customers on a daily basis. It has been very helpful in managing customer journeys, sending and preparing emails, and getting good reporting.
Not all pending sends will list themselves under "Pending Sends," so that has caused some issues with accidentally sending the same email to the same list more than once.
It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.
The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo.
Its very user friendly when you need to build assets with less time. I think those who have a more B2C business marketing model will find this more beneficial with the 1:1 ratio for personalization.
Further, the e-newsletters don't cooperate with Outlook, which is frustrating since both are Microsoft products.

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.
It is easy to use, it works perfectly fine and integrates easily with other software so it is a complete solution for the business.
The functionality is a bit awkward and customization is limited.
I am very happy with the features that are now offered by Zoho. They are as good or better than any other CRM out there and less expensive.

I love the fact that Nice Job sends customers notifications to give a review for my business. The reviews help me to stand out amongst all of my competitors and generate me additional business.
The IOS app is not fully functioning in the sense that a lot of the features are links to a web browser. Also the conversion website lead page is very limited.
The review portion of the software is awesome as their system does all the emailing and following up for you. Excellent customer service as well.
Someones the AI doesn't detect that a review had been left by a particular client and it continues to nudge them, much to their annoyance. These are few and far between, though.
Their software is integrated into Jobber which makes it super convenient to communicate with clients. It definitely worth the money.
During COVID when we weren't sure if we would have to stop operating and were cutting costs, instead of cancelling, the guys at Nicejob offered us two months of free service to keep things going.
The executive has helped us build our website, he knows what he's doing, super knowledgeable, professional, kind, and FAST.
There's really nothing I can think of that I don't like.
After 1 sms and 3 emails lots of them do. We gathered 103 reviews in 20days - amazing.
I had a beautiful, professional looking website created that has done wonders for my business, as have the reviews I've received through their system.
Very easy to use, accomplishes the goal we set out when signing up.

And the customer service is the best. I receive help and guidance in a timely manner and they have always been clear and concise and extremely helpful.
As our business scales internationally, we are noticing there is a lack of options for global customers and employees.
Our team is rapidly growing and we want to reward great teamwork. It takes a lot of time and effort to individually select rewards or gifts, particularly when selecting for a wider group of people.
It used to take us hours of printing checks, stuffing and sealing envelopes, adding postage etc. We almost always had someone who's check didn't arrive or got lost in the mail.
I have a better organization of incentives all in one place as well as being able to give my colleagues access to the records. I enjoy the ease of use, and how easy it is to add funds into my account.
The only drawback sometimes is that a rewards email to the receiver can sometimes be mistaken for spam.
Easy to send rewards and check their status. I also like customer support very much, every problem I had so far was resolved quickly and successfully.
The user interface can feel, at times, bulky/cumbersome. Perhaps fewer steps (drag and drop options, commonly used selections) to get through the selection and entry process would be helpful.

The other feature we loved that really motivated people to share the contest more was that people could unlock exclusive offers to shop and save online as they completed more of the contest actions.
It ruined my campaign and I couldn't be more displeased with them.
I love the ease of use that Vyper offers. I taught my team to use it in a matter of a few hours, it's incredibly user friendly and has such a great variety of options built into the platform.
Their financial system is broken and stores your card information well after you cancel and continues charging.
It's easy to use and has so many great features that I have extended my social media reach and email list through the powerful features that VYPER provides.
