Great for looking up reviews made by real people and not just bots doing reviews. Its kind funny to write a review about a review site that does reviews.
Because some of the reviews about the 'fraudulent' companies in trend there, are hard to believe that it was an issue posted there as a review.
I enjoy the ability of consumers and users to provide honest feedback, suggestions, experiences with the company and products, as well as share frustrations.
There's no option to always get in contact with the customers. When a customer posts a bad review, the only thing we could do is ask the customer for it's reference number so that we can look into it.
Overall it has been great, I have found some amazing software thanks to Trustpilot.
Customer support wasn't sure what's the problem when I'm getting error while signing up.
The software was super easy to use and was made user friendly where anyone would have ease using it.
If you don’t cancel at least 30 days in advance of renewal, they won’t release you from the contract. Extremely poor business practices.
Overall it is a very easy, high quality and trustworthy site to write/read reviews and it's totally free to create and account there and start doing reviews that will help other people.
It has been excellent, good customer service good return on investment.

Our personal rep has also been really great to work with. She does a wonderful job of informing us of new YotPo features and analyzing our content for areas of growth.
Sometimes people provide personal information in their questions, and if we accidentally send these questions (and personal information) to other customers, we might get sued.
They offer quite a few features in the lower priced tiers and are relatively easy to use. Yotpo is a recognized name by many consumers as a trusted reviews platform, which is a great benefit.
I hate when companies don't put their pricing out there in the open and make you contact them for it.
I loved the ability to keep everything all in one place. It's super user friendly (although I'm still learning every day).
WAY too expensive and our reviews are disorganized and all over our website.
Yotpo has motivated results much better than previous installations I have had. I am so grateful I took a chance with this system.
It's very unlikely that the person will go back and write a new review since they are now no longer prompted to do a review.

This is the best tool yet to increase customer purchases. I love how it integrates with my website and the fact you can customize it.
That it is not integrated with ECWID. I had a problem with the system to recognize INVOICES that were coming in.
He's right on any issues I have with my backend support needs and has been very helpful to me in upping our referral game. Thanks for some outstanding service, team.
Internally testing the functionality of a new referral program is a pain.
The customer account portal allows users to manage their referrals and see their rewards, which is nice. RC's customer service is always responsive and honest.
It was confusing if it would work without my clients needing to use a payment.
Great product, does the job well! and amazing support. We are excited to launch our site and to see if our referral program would bring in revenue.
After selecting and installing the plugin in the new PATHS platform I made the mistake of not having seen that the Plugin was not free, but had a trial period.
I am currently on a free trial and love the support we have received from our main guy Tippy. He is has been so helpful in walking me through the setup process and integration of ReferralCandy.
ReferralCandy is an amazing UX app and easy to set it up. We really rely on friend referrals in order to expand our audience organically.
The benefits of ReferralCandy have been an easy to understand dashboard to track and reward referrers to our website.
Ease of use , integration and great customer service at affordable rate.
Overall it's a great tool that helps increase conversions.
He was probably on the support chat with me for 2 hours. He explained everything, took me through the process, and found a perfect solution.
If you need a light weight, easy to implement solution, this is the best choice.

Shopper approved is easy to use and an important part of our business. We have been using the platform for years now and have had a great experience.
There are some technical flaws with the back office that could be improved. The search routine is not ideal and can be annoying when trying to search for reviews.
The software and implementation is easy to accomplish and they have excellent technical support if needed.
If we have any complaints, it's that pricing is not consistent. Many of our clients have reached out to ShopperApproved and received vastly different price quotes.
We have been happy with shopper approved. It gives us the ratings that we need, and it does a great job collecting a large amount of reviews.
Currently they made an exception and allowed a quarterly plan for me. Starting out, it was a bit of a turn off to have to pay the full year up front.
Ease of management and communication interface. Love the ability to customize the questions.
Very few people complete. I'm not sure how to fix this but it is a new feature.
I love that it requests a review at checkout and then follows up after delivery. Gives us a better chance of actually acquiring reviews.
I have been with Shopper Approved almost since they launched their platform, which is effectively a lifetime in the web world.
The fit and finish, the trust badges, the customer service, the 1 on 1 training, the creatives. I am excited to have them on my team.
We used them after seeing a keynote speaker discuss Shopper Approved at marketing conference. We integrated them into our store and it's been really successful so far.
I feel it's a great value for the price. It's also a well known review software so many customers have heard of the company which helps validate the reviews.
We are very pleased with the software. We are probably under utilizing some of the features.
Has been a great help keeping us connected to our customers.

All of the staff is SUPER friendly and willing to help any time. Any time I've needed help setting something up or I have questions; they've been quick to respond, friendly and unbelievably helpful.
So much trouble to install and very limited features.
Support has been great and we found the rich snippets to be awesome in improving our SEO. What's great for Magento users is that you can easily switch between multi-store accounts.
The worst thing is the rewards for purchases stopped working for over EIGHT MONTHS. Flagged it to their customer service team who first responds with scripted answers.
Overall we're incredibly happy using Stamped.io, the support has been fantastic and we're a long term loyal customer.
Rewards plugin stopped working and no one bothers to fix things.

The worst thing is the rewards for purchases stopped working for over EIGHT MONTHS. Flagged it to their customer service team who first responds with scripted answers.
Overall we're incredibly happy using Stamped.io, the support has been fantastic and we're a long term loyal customer.

Bazaarvoice has been a nice tool for us to engage with customers in a new way. It is a great portal to collectively group all customer feedback and questions regarding your business/products.
Beyond disappointed and would describe our experience as a awful experiment that cost time and money and was a TOTAL WASTE.
Most of all through the sales process, migration, onboarding and post onboarding the customer support has been fantastic.
EPIC Failure - terrible service - Find an alternative - I wish we did.

Sometimes we feel there is a bit of a delay from when I customer posts a question or a review, until the time we actually receive the notification of the activity.
The dashboard makes it super easy to moderate reviews as they come in. We are also able to tweak the appearance of BV on our site in just a few minutes.
I don't like how data is pulled I feel that it is not as efficient as it could be.
I love using Bazaarvoice Connections; it gives a very easy to read interface with all partners available in one place. The workflow is very efficient, and makes managing multiple accounts a breeze.
