The ease of scheduling new activities, its seamless integration into our website and effortless booking for our customers has been a winning combo.
Requests to speak to managers are ignored. Unless you call and call there is no movement on your concerns and some customer support representatives are downright rude.
Setting it up was super easy. The level of customization from email templates to booking flow is really impressive.
Possibly fraudulent - definitely misrepresenting their service and product.
I like the all-inclusive feel of the check-out. I like the ability to customize emails, have waivers signed in the program itself and all the customer information tracked by booking.
Does not have all the functionality I need. What I really disliked most about this company is the accounting department.
The best part is this software is designed for the user, cheap and can be used in Costa Rica. This tool will be of great help for waivers, payment hold and organizing offline bookings.

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.
I love everything about the software so far. From setting up my schedule to having clients book themselves and using the zoom integration for creating automatic calls is awesome.
I don’t like that it is difficult to use with two different websites. I basically have to pay for two subscriptions because it can be difficult to plug in if it has to be used this way.
I liked that I can give special discounts and how user friendly it is to set up, even more non techies like myself. Love how easy it is to link to my website.

The seamless process of managing the events, seminars or webinars, is truly amazing and super quick. It manages to remove the hassles from the POV of the admin.
The event management UI was slow and awkward to use. I did have a couple of periods of site outage that caused me some pain.
I love how easy it is to search for events, how easy it is to RSVP, and how everything is visible in your account (and is also sent to your email for extra ease).
The worst part is they froze our payouts without telling us, until one day we noticed the lack of deposits and logged into Eventbrite to find it.
What I like most about the Eventbrite platform is how user friendly it is to create the events and the ease for those purchasing to make their purchase.
The lack of customer service during the pandemic was frustrating. Also, the percentage Eventbrite takes for ticketed events is higher than other companies.
It has been a fantastic help and it is very easy to set up everything and manage the information.
I've never had any issue with the use of the software. I haven't attended an event I booked on Eventbrite and was denied entry because I had the wrong ticket.

Overall we are very impressed by how easy it is to use SuperSaaS Appointment Schedule and the brilliant the customer support is.
All that power is useless if arranging an appointment is a slow, difficult and finally frustrating experience for the user.
I wasn't sure how to transfer our subscrition but the help I got from SuoerSaaS was superb.
No doubt why several clients have dismissed by SuperSaas-based prototype scheduling platform. The backend interface suffers from similar problems, but at least only admins can see them.
It is easy to use and has good quality for the price. The best feature is without doubt the customer service: fast, effective, and kind.
It looks awful - a recent refresh helped a tiny bit. No bulk editing of customers - so a change can require accessing hundreds of customers individually.
We have been seraching for a system that is suited to our way of working and SuperSaaS was perfect for us. When we had questions we were contacted instantly with the answers.
Uses find it confusing how to edit the information form after a project is completed. Seeing the icons is difficult for some members.
Overall, we are super happy to be using this program. It meets our needs very well.

Great service great team super fast when you need them, to be honest, you must try it if you want to grow in your business.
I rather use other channel management app, it's not user-friendly and the interface is poor and outdated.
Really good, i could setup multi units, pricing, automation. This is really powerful for a competitive price.
The system is bit hard to understand because they have lot of functionalities.
Given me the ability to focus on growth and the things that matter most in continuing to grow my business.
Fear of double bookings was paralysing me moving onto multiple OTAs BA has got me past that and I am looking for a big up swing in bookings now it's done.
BA offers an extremely wide, and growing, suite of features that make managing various properties a breeze. There is a learning curve but once you figure it out it’s a fantastic platform.
I had trouble setting up everything at first then was promptly contacted by the technical consultants. We had an online tutorial on how to set up and operate, it was straight forward and quite simple.
Automated replies have been helpful to reduce our work efforts. The guides are effective at explaining the attributes and how we can integrated into our messaging.
Great software if you would like to automate your business.
Their support staff have been there all along helping overcome challenges and providing helpful suggestions when things don’t go as planned.
