The price, the user experience, the lack of multibrand use. When I threatened to take my business elsewhere we had one call with the VP but then he stopped responding to calls and emails.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
It felt like they were just as fed up with this crap tool as we are. Although they didn't say it, I think one of our key employees quit over the frustration of dealing with marketing cloud.
We use salesforce daily to engage with customers on a daily basis. It has been very helpful in managing customer journeys, sending and preparing emails, and getting good reporting.
Not all pending sends will list themselves under "Pending Sends," so that has caused some issues with accidentally sending the same email to the same list more than once.
It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.
The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo.
Its very user friendly when you need to build assets with less time. I think those who have a more B2C business marketing model will find this more beneficial with the 1:1 ratio for personalization.
Further, the e-newsletters don't cooperate with Outlook, which is frustrating since both are Microsoft products.
Salesforce offers a big eco-system with lots of functionalities and a good customer overview.
Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).
You are able to view and respond to emails from all of your coworkers which helps with workload management.

Complaints to the company was the layout on the administrator's website.
Our customers love the rewards, personalized offers, and tiered benefits, which boost their loyalty. Early access to promotions and straightforward redemption enhance their experience.
One feature that does not work well for us is the app. Admittedly this is due to our unique use case.
We are part of the top 5 users of Kangaroo Rewards in the franchise that I am in and it's been a great experience so far.
Missing some features that another product had. Need to be able to let people know when they have a discount.
All clients that use it are addicted to it and love the rewards that come with it. It is a client way to show appreciation to all our loyal costumers.
We face some problems in the updated. Requires a lot of human interference.

The templates for email blasts are very confusing.
An amazing product, excellent customer service, prompt support; you'll be a loyal customer for life.
The tablets were the only problem we encountered but customer service was very prompt to get new ones to us asap.
After learning the system and training on it we were quite pleased with the ease of use and my wife was especially pleased with the marketing abilities.
I think some of the reports are difficult but that may be because we are using it in a way that is not the way the program was desgined.

I don't think I have any dislikes. Any questions or concerns I had were always immediately addressed and resolved.
Help is always abundant, friendly and immediate when needed. Frequent Program updates offer ease of use and opportunity for additional promotions to keep our rewards program fresh for our loyal users.

Couldn't be more grateful to have come across preferred patron. They're honestly the best investment you'll ever make and can rely on them to the fullest.
It has also allowed us to manage and grow our customer database. Overall it is a great product with excellent support.

It's easy to use and our customers like the system. They enjoy knowing they are getting a reward for being loyal to us.
They didn’t wanted to to anything about their mistake!, they told me that’s what it was showing on their computer and that’s what it was, I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction.
I enjoy how easy it is to have multiple businesses stored in the app for loyalty reward tracking.
And as users, they don’t notify us to use our points before the company opts out. Resulting in waste of points and eventually loss of customers.
My overall experience is pleasant, I think Five stars is great because it helps the business owners to gain more attraction/ traffic and the customers point of view is receiving discounts/ bonuses.
It's hard to remember which places use five stars and in the app it's annoying to have to press the bubble again to get out of the business rather than just pressing out (it won't let you).
Fivestars started out as a great concept for me. I was using it all the time and I would get great rewards at local places I loved. It was nice to get a discount at the places I normally shopped.

Giftbit offers various gift cards to choose from and also offers the sending of gift cards in bulk. They also offer Visa Gift card for just additional 2.95$, which is most loved by our users.
This company is a complete scam and their customer service is useless.
Our referral sources love it and always say how cool it is they get to select so many great options. ALSO I am able to track and see who has not used a gift card and easily resend to them.
Too bad that you can't choose your own amounts for certain vendors, only fixed.
It makes sending birthday, anniversary, thank you gifts and recognition awards so easy and I can't express how much I appreciate that.
Overall I had a terrible experience and would not recommend using them.

The template build feature stinks. At times I just want to send something quick and it takes longer than it should.

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

You cannot call anyone, you have to email and a response can take days. Meanwhile customers are waiting for their payment and you have to field angry calls from them as you wait for Tango to respond.

The only drawback sometimes is that a rewards email to the receiver can sometimes be mistaken for spam.

There were not a ton of options available for us to send to our staff and customers outside the US. I was thrilled to find Tremendous and find out how simple they made it for us to get set up and use.
We get more referrals and event attendees than ever thanks to the rewards we can integrate into our campaigns.
The product is simple to use and the best part is that it is totally free.
No matter what I'm doing (running a virtual event, sending out a quick thanks) I can quickly send out a gift to anyone who has an email address.
Love the flexibility of the platform and the flexibility afforded to employees.

We have always wanted an app and they created one for us. It is fantastic and especially in these times, it is a significant help to our customers.
The problem began when our account started to do the onboarding process. First, the process of communication was horrible.
Also, the support has been amazing, whether it's one-on-one calls or emails with my Customer Success Manager or live chat with Customer Support, I can rest assure that my issue will be resolved asap.
The lack of intergration requires the person at the register to manually reward/retrieve points on the Tap Mango tablet which makes the checkout process take longer and can lead to errors.
Aside from their easy integration, I really appreciated their re-targeting capabilities, customer recognition and rewards, and their check-in system.
This created a huge problem as half of our clients were not in the system. Then the tablet malfunctioned and 2 training sessions were wasted when things did not work.

Repeat Rewards customer service did a great job with the set-up. My customers appreciate the customer loyalty program, and it helps us compete with the "big-box" loyalty programs.
I hate that we have to manually enter each purchase. We end up not doing it bc of the amount of work it takes.

Loyal Zoo has been so great during the last couple of months for us. Our customers are starting to get familiar with it and hopefully they will all have their names on by the end of 2021.
There was one problem when I was away from work and I needed to look up a client but forgot my password. I emailed them and I was not able to get it until the next day.
Integration was very simple and easy to launch. What I like most is that I can use the least amount of personal information possible and the mobile sign in is awesome.
When they bring it back, we enter the info and the missed points from the first visit at our convenience when we're not busy.
This is such an easy program to use. We have had very few minor mishaps and overall have been very happy with the convenience and ease of this product.
I miss being able to write notes on customers accounts.
It is easy to use, I am using the POYNT terminal and I highly recommend Loyalzoo. My customers are definitely enjoying the ease of use, even the few that were resistant to the change.
The only problem I have had is the glitches with updates. But they iron these out relatively quickly.
I love that I was able to set rewards levels to suit my specific business needs and customer demand. I spent over a month trying to decide on the best rewards program for my business.
The software provides all of the basic and most important functions of a loyalty program, without extras, at a fair and reasonable price point.
It was pretty easy to implement and the customer service was always really quick to help whenever I needed assistance. It is usually a pretty user friendly program and does what we need.
I love that this program integrates seamlessly with my POS system and it's very simple and easy to use. Installing it was a breeze.

We are looking forward to contacting our customers with specific deals that will appeal to them. The over the phone customer support from Goody has been really great, very friendly (& tolerant.
Way too confusing for users, don't really even know what it is about. Just a bunch of bad screens that don't tell you anything.
Good, relatively easy to learn. Good instructions and very helpful customer service from Goody which makes the overall experience fantastic.
We have a very poor joining rate at our establishment. We have trained staff over and over again.
Ties in quite well with out software which is always good. Staff at Goody are happy to help with any issues which is great.
Maybe and editing function when i make a mistake with peoples email addresses.
It has saved me a huge amount of money of dining out and has also made me go out for lunch/dinner when I normally wouldn't have because i knew i could get a good discount.
Unless you know how it works, it's not that user-friendly to the staff who have no tech savvy. Changes to the tablet confuse the older generation customers.
I feel I can email or call and things get done straight away. Happy to help me to understand campaigns and all the features Goody has.

QR codes seem to expire. When printing flyers off at some point they become useless and we have to reprint with new codes.
The customer service is outstanding and I always feel like they truly value us as a client. We have also seen many great results getting more and more reviews because of Revetize.
When uploading a list, even though they mention it, I've forgotten a few times that the file needs to be in.

I love that it looks very professional and is something new for our customers to get excited about. It has been an exciting and inexpensive way for us to increase sales.
Once clients booked their appointments, they are unable to add or take out any items. They have to cancel the appointment completely and rebook with the changes they have made.
Loopy Loyalty is a fantastic and cost effective digital version of the traditional stamp cards.
And using and configuring the beacons are confusing.
It is easy for customers and also fun. The setup is super simple, and people like that they don't have to add an app to their phone.
I have wasted money all these months paying you guys.
The online platform is very easy to use and the stamper app works great and very easy to use. Customer support is great, very helpful and responds really fast to questions.
It was confusing how to get it to the customer. But, i wasn't familiar with apple pay at all.

Runa has been a key reward/gift card vendor. Our account is managed by a great team who is always happy to help with new requests or solve any issues.
Some of the information is missing from the admin site making it hard for us to advertise the product correctly.
Great - The portal and service is far better than our previous provider and all staff have been super helpful and friendly.
What I think is missing is the fact that Amazon is not available in some European countries.
At the same time, it has the capability to provide a complex rewards and recognition portal. The platform has great gifts and they can be sent to people in different countries across the world.
Analytics are limited and could be improvedOptions limited to digital products.
Runa is very easy to use, and their gift card selection is great. It's really easy to do one-off rewards, but you can also upload a list of people you want to send rewards to.
I can't think of anything that I disliked about Runa at this time.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WELL it does not matter to perkville!!!!! We lost sales today because we could not get a response from customer service.
I like that is easy to use for our customers and for us as administrators. We're an independent pet store and it's great to have a loyalty program we can use for our customers.
In my opinion I can not say that there is anything that I dislike.

Members have a hard time figuring out how to merge accounts. We have a hard time getting an admin off.
The customer care team responds within a day and is able to help with any question. When members have questions about if they have received their points it is very easy for me to check for them.
There is no email newsletter or text messaging function.
A member loyalty program is a must in today's market. People want to be rewarded for behaviors and this software does that without a lot of work from your end.
I enjoy it a lot and adds great benefits to the member for little to no effort.

The loyalty program is definitely something we found great to encourage our employees do better. This has drastically improved their performance.
Our customers are having a hard time signing up to be able to redeem points. I have used many programs and this seems to be the worst for customer sign up.
Paystone's loyalty and gift card program is extremely easy to use. Integrating into our existing point of sale software was painless, and their support team are an actual joy to work with.
Very poor service, very over-priced, penny pinching company.
Flexible options for loyalty earn & burn. Multi-tiered Loyalty benefits, allowing us to better reward our most loyal customers.
We do have an older customer base who have a hard time with emails.
The ability to reward my regular clientele, collect contact information for our newsletter and offer a trackable gift card that is easy to use for my staff and clientele.
I find the print out at the end of the day og all transactions are printed very small hard to read.
Our experience with Paystone has been great. Customer service has also been great we honestly didn't had any issues.
There staff are loving it and the integration with the pos is excellent. We do not have access to Back office yet but it is being handled by the office.
We love the ease of deployment into the office and simplicity of the set up.
The gift car functionality is easy to use from loading gift cards all the way to customer redemption. The reports are easy to run and they allow you to easily mine all relevant data, quickly.
I like that we get paid the next day. Customer Service has been excellent, fault pinpad was replaced immediately.
Your product is very easy to use and the machines look very good.
I do like the monthly cost. I do like working with customer service.
