Typeform has been a great tool to use for dedicated purposes; it is easy to subscribe when needed and then stop the subscription for a while. The customer service team is very flexible and helpful.
A few users emailed us to say they their submission was unable to go through. A few lost entries as a result of glitches.
Typeform help me to do it with easy and the report that can be generated from all the data collected help me to interprate the raw data better.
Limited in functionality beyond a question requiring multiple answers. Severe lack of customer service wanting to resort to only to email.
I love how nice looking the forms are. Beautifully designed forms encourage more people to fill them out.

It doesn't save your ongoing work. If you leave the program, all the data will be lost and you will have to start all over again.

My clients and their clients love this software. The best resolution to typeform issues.
Inability to move through the visual view of the survey without going from start to finish to see edits. Renaming is only available on the Enterprise subscription.
Acquiring feedback and other information from customers in an easy, clean and fashioned way. Survey Sparrow saved us time and money because it is beautiful out of the box with minimal design options.
Really bad customer service. Slow response time and no real help.
Overall: fast, flexible with good optionality on questions. Great, responsive customer service.
Replied no, and the bot says the team typically answers in a few min. An hour later still waiting.
Overall SurveySparrow is already good with the potential to be amazing.
We had some difficulties to login in the past, but it turned out that at that moment there was some maintenance going on, and we did in fact received an email about this (which we overlooked).
Taking Surveys becomes very easy, lot of time is saved and money is saved. Mainly our relationship with the users and client is increased.
I had some small feedback on a SurveySparrow newsletter, got a mail back the same day thanking me for my comment and got asked if I had anything else to share, improving future outreach.
The design looks really fresh and there are some excellent tools which really make life easier for us such as the built-in email share and the audience management.
I totally love SurveySparrow it gathers clients' straightforward assessments additionally as paying you for your suppositions.

Loved working with Formstack. Excellent customer service and help response times too - which made solving the few issues we had very pain free.
We didn't have any paper-based issues with Formstack. Formatting the look of the forms themselves was a bit of a pain sometimes with limited options available in the interface.
What I like most about formstack is the ease of use and user friendly qualities that it offers.
Sometimes the formstack entry gets submitted twice. This happens more frequently than you’d expect, resulting in the customer being charged twice and our organization having to refund them.
Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized, I would say Formstack or something like it is a necessity for the area of the company I work in s I am glad to have it.
This was our Care team and they were typing notes from a meeting, and this error would cause all the notes to be lost.
I love how easy Formstack is to use. Building forms is a breeze , the support is great, and we love that it integrates seamlessly with Unbounce to give us quality, high converting lead pages.
This has been my single worst customer service/support experience ever.
Great choice especially for recruiter like me, where I can send forms to the candidates so that they can easily review the documents needed for their application.
I didn't think formstack was as intuitive as other data collection softwares which I why I stopped using it.
Love the incredible ability for logic, detail, customization, calculations, integrations with payment solutions, etc.
I can't seem to get a single human to reply to multiple support and billing issues to the point that my account's now suspended.
What I like most about using this software is the ability to gather information digitally.

The time and money saved driving to get applications signed, the mail and waiting forever for the client to sign and mail back. Formstack is quick and easy and saves so much time and energy.
There are definitely parts of this system that I appreciate and find very useful, but I think there are a few areas it could improve to really perfect the experience.
It has many customizable question types and logic options for when to show a question or not. It is fairly easy to build your forms how you want and to view the submissions.
Includes some helpful conditional options for specific steps on forms, which was key to a lot of the forms I've had to create.

If you make a mistake there is no auto suggestion to help you out. It will give you a blank look and a confusing an error message.
Overall, I would recommend using Forms because its integration with one's google account is amazing and when drafted correctly, you can elicit the appropriate feedback from users of the Form.
I have a hard time making changes to my current forms. It is mainly because I am scared I will disrupt the flow of the form.
Auto save in the cloud is seamless with amazing collaboration support. Free to use and easily integrates with other Google features.
People miss the submit button after entering all the information. Hard to capture answers when this is missed.
We used it one time for awards in the office, and it was a seamless process to get a free, fair, and unbiased vote from the staff.
The first time I used it I accidentally made it so that answers were anonymous on my poll. But that was user error.
I love that there is the ability for other people to edit the forms as needed if given the capability. I recommend this software to anyone.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.
Very confusing, very difficult to figure out where to click , also when you input a wrong email address it blocks your whole process of sending emails to others.
Their dedication to improvement is a positive sign for the company. There is a reason that they are the industry standard.
