I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.

Happy using surveymonkey, once I prepared office Christmas party and I used it to create a voting platform to present funny awards to the employees.
The company's take on my dilemma was - "Pay for it" and you'll get the information you need. In my opinion they shouldn't bother having a free version of this software if it functions that poorly.
I love survey monkey I feel this is one of the best survey software out there. The setup process is very fast and seamless.
And completing would give you typically anywhere between 0.5-2. All surveys initially start with a few boring routine questions, which make you pissed off.
Customization on this platform is really fantastic and everything is so easily customizable, the user interface is slick and clean and very friendly looking.
There should be more protection factors when approving registrations and preventing fraud.
A very useful tool for businesses to gather vital unbiased information to help their growth.
I think they should have more up to date choices. I also think that manually putting in emails when you are having trouble submitting the csv file can be a pain and needs to be corrected.
As far as pricing Survey Monkey is great as its easily affordable and doesn't break the bank using it. Creating survey is super easy and time saving, but still produces top notch efficient results.

They were very responsive and did a great job helping me figure out the best way to use the software. The Event tool was nice and make event management through the list easy to do.
Given the circumstances of the pandemic and not using the services to even log in during the last year, that was inconsiderate and unacceptable.
The data reporting on opens/clicks/etc. Is incredibly helpful to track which emails gain a good response and which time of the week works best to send to our audiences.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and countless email cammpaigns have been wasted due to Constant Contacts software rearranging and distoring the format of the original created email.
The program is easy to customize, There are plug and play templates as I like to call them. They look beautiful from the consumer side and are easy to understand from the creative side too.
I was disappointed when the dropped the event portion of their program and integrated with Eventbrite.
The software is easy to learn, use, and the templates for the emails are nice yet simple to customize. The feedback about open rates is good and it's easy to setup follow-up campaigns.
But advertised as a CRM and contact management to me. It is expensive for the purpose and you can not pay per use which is unfair to most.
The interface of this tool is very excellent, clean, and easy to use. It is helping me to send emails to my customers within just a few clicks—it is fully automated.
Whenever I have a question, the techs are so helpful and can direct me to exactly what I need. I also love that it can be integrated with Donor Perfect.

When customers are irate or it's simply something that is out of our control, they will use this to mark the agent with negative ratings (sometimes multiple times).

I wish a comment was require, because occasionally I get a negative review with no thoughts on why they rated the service poorly.
So far we are pretty happy with the capability to measure this using NiceReply. The application is easy to use and configure and provides a nice dashboard of the response metrics.
It doesn't take into account when users are just being vengeful and claiming bad reviews on the service because they did not get what they wanted.
I believe that the daily reports that I need in order to validate the quality of my work are super user friendly and quickly to pull.
Some of our clients don't write feedback to the agents directly and will use NiceReply as a buffer. We can then figure out our client's problems and quickly get back to them with solutions.

The customer support staff is friendly and helpful. Instabug helps us communicate with our clients quickly and resolve issues faster.
It's hard to define the exact level of granularity I'm expecting with bug reports. And you can sometimes get bad bug reports with no descriptions or context to what went wrong.
The integration process, features especially the user engadgment feature, also service quality is great, and customer support is very helpful.
The most annoying is opening logs details. Surveys seems for me to be useless.
The bug and errors detecting is magnificent and it's developer friendly, the integration is very easy and the statistics dashboard is easy to read.
Currently, clicking on user's message in bug report automatically brings up edit window, which is a pain when I need to copy/paste their message into our own internal bug-tracking system.
There's quite a lot of customization available through filters for reporting purposes as well as having the ability to bulk reply to customers really helps us save time.
Duplicates of same issue that are hard to group and handle - clutters integrations in Slack and JIRA.
It creates an overlay on our apps that don't directly affect our software which is great. Adding questions and feedback prompts are easy with the website.
Customer Support have been extremely helpful in guiding us through the process, whilst the ease of use has been greatly received by our testers.
Its very easy to use and can be triggered the bug properly in the portal, all the way of implementation is helpful for the user to report issues.
