We've been very happy with Beyonk, in particular the service that's been provided as they have always been very helpful and responsive. Thanks for your support.
What we are getting at the moment is a list of numbers and one lead name. When guests turn up, they are frustrated to be asked again for those details since they had to give them when booking.
The dashboard interface is a great user friendly tool allowing emails and direct contact to clients, which is useful for a seamless customer experience.
There is no test transaction mode (how did you miss this, Beyonk?). Everything had to be tested live mode in stripe as the system does not allow you to connect with the test key only live key.
The customer service team are fantastic, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] mostly looked after our account and they have been formidable and eager to listen to us to improve the platform.

I also think the customer service is wonderful and always available - which is great. I also really appreciate that the system is very intuitive.
Another flaw is that sales orders will sometimes glitch and get sent to "unresolved sales orders" with no notification, and unless checked regularly can be overlooked.
Because the Altru community is very responsive and the fact that the developers listen to the client's concerns, I am confident that Altru will become greater than it is now.
If a mistake is made there isn't a way to undo it. Sometimes there are issues with payments when entered and you have to go in and delete the payment type and write it in yourself.
I absolutely LOVE this CRM and would only consider moving to another organization that uses the product. Training and support are amazing.
The two main issues I have is there is no exchange process, only a refund with a receipt. That is not exceptable in.
Overall I am very very happy with Altru and think it is an amazing system.
Altru is a very detailed system and it covers so many areas that have so many intertwining cogs that it can be difficult to navigate for some users and it can be a bit cumbersome.

My experience with KORONA has been great so far. The software is capable of working with our complicated industry, and the support team has been extremely helpful.
It's not unusable by any means, but it does feel as though the UI was designed by developers, not designers. Can be confusing and unintuitive at times.
I like the cloud part the best. I can do ordering when I am away from the store.
If KORONA consider to add a function where we can customize the terminology across this system, KORONA will be on fire.
So I love the most about this software is the 24/7 customer service and reporting function that are very easy to use.

I love this small business and supporting an American made product. I love that when I need help I talk to the people at built this product and not a call center in India.
There are so many features, it can get a bit confusing. This is my biggest "con" but still consider it a "pro" because we use so many of these features in our day-to-day operations.
It is extremely affordable compared to other companies. High Trek cares about the success of your company because the success of your company means success for their company.
Particular product setup and schedules can get a little tricky if you don't know what you're doing.
This is the first company we have used that is user friendly and I can easily receive help when I need it. Don't waste time with research I already did, this is the best company with the best price.
High Trek was the perfect choice to help us make this big leap. They have been extremely supportive getting us started and very responsive in helping us increase our product offerings.
We have been through several software companies and this is by far the best. I did a lot of research and trials with other companies and was never satisfied.
Also, the number of features that it carries with it, and still excels in, is remarkable. Also, the integration into QuickBooks is very helpful for our accounting.

Xola has the BEST feature set, an amazing look and feel that your customers will love and they have a solid support team - the friendliest and most helpful ever.
Unable to book with different email if same name (problem when working with concierge bookings). Cannot assign guides if turn around time is tight from one event to the next.
The best part about Xola is that they do the heavy lifting for you. They get the booking software up on the site for you and it works great.
One other thing that is slightly annoying is I have to refresh the page or close then open the app to get it to refresh to see if there are any other bookings.

One other thing that is slightly annoying is I have to refresh the page or close then open the app to get it to refresh to see if there are any other bookings.
We have been using this software for 4 years and love it. We are continually contacted by other systems, but this is by far our favorite.
My issue is they are making you pay for all of the functionality instead of just paying for what you use.
I encourage you to look seriously at them - they are the best fit by far for us and I have interviewed and ran trails with the major competitors.
I will say that when i do a back office reservations it has on numerous ocations reserved them for the whole day and three extra days, blocking other customers from using it.
That's very important when running online based business. Customer service has been extremely responsive, and the development of new services and features has been very welcome.
GREAT responsive customer service available via online chat. I've been using it for many years and they are constantly improving it.
I love the ease of which my guests can book their events and festival activities.

Google Analytics integration is extremely useful to follow the success metrics directly from Google Analytics panel.
This software is easy to use and doesn’t take very much training to get up and running. It has many different ways to view the information you need including a really helpful dashboard.
Also, I like the integrated waiver with Wherewolf.com.
The biggest thing I could see xola doing to benefit it's customers and gather more customers quickly is to save them money.

It can be hard to get your head around as one or two bits aren't overly intuitive.
My initial query was answered promptly and I was given a personal demo. Implementation was easy and Carl was super helpful and responsive throughout the process.
Any suggestions for improvements have been generally actioned so no present cons.
It is a huge relief to be with TicketingHub. We are really thrilled after having been with a system that was difficult to use for too long.
Receiving daily summary everyday when no booking... but they working on it.
I find their customer service skills outstanding as they walk you through everything. I can check my traffic but also repeat customers which helps me build my brand.
We abolished paper records, paper vouchers and fuel miles from having to deliver hard copy vouchers.
I have been using Ticketing Hub since they approached me with a great package. I loved the way customers were given an easy to use the system that didn't take them away from my website.
The value for money on this platform is outstanding, especially when you consider the flexibility of the platform and the neat integration within a website.

Probably the best thing about Fareharbor is the absolutely fantastic support. When you need to do or change something, all you need to do is ask and the support team will have it done very quickly.
Also the fact there were so many small mistakes when buiding it, (we've had to ask to fix the same mistake more than one time because one thing got solved but created another problem).
They care deeply about our success as a business and we feel the love and support from their staff as we grow our business and partnership with their company.
The obvious one complaint is that FH charges customers who make a booking online (on my website for example) a 6% fee, totally seperate and additional to any tax, which adds up.
So far I really appreciate the help offered by those assigned to help set up our company w/a new reservation system that we hope will be much more user friendly for both us and our customers.
I thought it was overreaching to think that after submitting my information that I would be up and running in a week. I was gladly proven wrong.
It has strong features that does almost anything you could wish from a solution like this one. Software is excellent and it comes with premium custom support.
I raised this with their developers and the response was sorry, its all hard coded. I then asked if I could have the fareharbour branding removed from the booking pages.
I would highly recommend this software. Customer support is excellent their staff are quick to reply and help with any situation that arises.

It also integrates seamlessly with our website and is exceptionally user-friendly, not to mention how beautiful it looks.
