I've been working with Purplepass for a few months now, and they are by far the best ticket company to partner with: their customer support is outstanding.
Some of the features are a bit confusing to get a handle on.
I love how easy it is to use and how helpful the staff is when I have have a question or need to find a solution.
Especially over facebook, instagram, and client advertisements. If I were able to pull the report that is shown on purple pass I would be able to upset the marketing packages you offer to our clients.
Best and very reliable solution for ticketing. Easy to set up and very good integration.
Event day promotional ticket sales on tablet can be confusing.
Overall Purple Pass offered the complete solution for our event needs and provided data that we will use to improve on sales and increase success. Purple Pass was a win for iHeart.

The seamless process of managing the events, seminars or webinars, is truly amazing and super quick. It manages to remove the hassles from the POV of the admin.
The event management UI was slow and awkward to use. I did have a couple of periods of site outage that caused me some pain.
I love how easy it is to search for events, how easy it is to RSVP, and how everything is visible in your account (and is also sent to your email for extra ease).
The worst part is they froze our payouts without telling us, until one day we noticed the lack of deposits and logged into Eventbrite to find it.
What I like most about the Eventbrite platform is how user friendly it is to create the events and the ease for those purchasing to make their purchase.
The lack of customer service during the pandemic was frustrating. Also, the percentage Eventbrite takes for ticketed events is higher than other companies.
It has been a fantastic help and it is very easy to set up everything and manage the information.
I've never had any issue with the use of the software. I haven't attended an event I booked on Eventbrite and was denied entry because I had the wrong ticket.
The best feature on Eventbrite is the ease of customization. It's very easy to pull in your own graphics and stylization.
We have run many large events and are going to be pushing into this space when we do it again. The ease of registration, collection of information and the overall system is fantastic.
It was super easy to use and there were tools and help available to allow for better event pages to be created.

WP Event Manager adapted easily to our needs, and best of all our Instructors love it. It is very intuitive to use, so none of our Instructors have asked us for any help.
Terrible, terrible customer support. I mean, probably the worse I have experience in Wordpress plugins in years, and I deal with loads of them every day.
Overall the experience was good - it was super easy to connect things like payment gateways etc.
They dont offer refunds and it is probably the worst $35 dollars we have ever spent-LOL.
I love the overall experience, very user friendly and has all the important features. It has got everything you need to run a event.
The plugin has very limited reporting and analytical features.
Overall, my experience has been amazing. The quality product made my goals achievable.
On another note I needed to use CSS to manipulate my text and I do not know the all the objects used for manipulation.
I love the ease of use and it was so easy to figure out the customization options.
