Pros

Pros

One of the best feature of this software is that it allows you to download a plug-in to your browser, so that way one can multitask will effectively helping customers.
Agent use is wonderful once it gets all the quirks down. Supervisor app is wonderful for call tracking, recording, time management, client tracking.
Ve used it for over 3 years now and it is exceptional. It hasn't lead me wrong at all and even at times I have a slight issue, the tech support is superb and very helpful, patient and kind.

Cons

Cons

Each time customer service was contacted, no matter the issue, we were always told it was user error, computer error, or internet error.
But, if I did have to say one negative thing it would be that sometimes my headset disconnects. Maybe its a computer problem vs the software.
The system is, sadly, a huge pain on the admin and user side. Even as an admin, you had to call to make the smallest change.
