appVuze is help desk software for help desk agents who want to quickly assist mobile business app users through an integrated in-app support platform. Features include chat, VoIP, camera sharing and screensharing from mobile devices, along with chatbot integrations for a complete support solution for mobile apps.

Field techs only need to click a button right within the app to be instantly connected with a help desk agent. With live app screensharing, the agent can see exactly what’s going on with the tech’s mobile app and provide a resolution. Geo-location, device hardware and software information, names, email addresses and other pertinent details are provided at session initiation.

The voice calls (VoIP) feature allows for the agent to seamlessly escalate the session from chat messaging to a voice call, facilitating faster communication and field tech multi-tasking. Agents can search and view details from prior sessions, and ascertain whether the same tech has requested help in the past, or perhaps the occurrence rate of the same issue.
