Pros

From day one the team over at AzureDesk have been extremely helpful. They are always very responsive to requests and happy to have a Skype session at short notice if any issues arise.
In addition to the best cost benefit of the market, the level of support is excellent. They are fast and extraordinarily available.
I also like the customer service. They're very responsive, friendly, and eager to provide a quality product.

Pros

It has been amazing and so easy to use. In a few clicks I have all the information am after.
It has been a great step forward towards this and the support crew from the initial trainers to CSR and the rest have been great to deal with and very responsive.
Support - livepro are easily contactable and are a pleasure to do business with. The community is great and always supportive.

Cons

We are solving our customer problems using azuredesk.co customer support software. My main problem was with my customer, it was impossible to keep track of their query, doubts & errors.
Not enough customizing possibilities for fields, form etc. Lack of report and dashboard editing.
Software is limited to basic service desk requirements. This is a streamlined product that does what it says on the tin.

Cons

I was disappointed to see a change last year whereby once the feedback item was opened & allocated I was unable to see it in the list again unless I navigated to the relevant information page.
There are a number of various different tick boxes you have to remember to tick, missing just one tick box can have a negative impact on the users access.
It can sometimes be a little bit difficult to find what you are looking for using the search function, but generally speaking I don't have much of a problem.
