Bazaarvoice has allowed us to maintain a strong brand name by allowing us to syndicate reviews across multiple platforms so customers can see other customers experiences with our products even if it was not bought from that exact retailer.

Pricy software for old inerface

Overall it does what it says on the tin. Straight forward and nothing less.

Pros

I like the fact that it is easy to use and there is no fluff - you get right into the core of the platform straight away.

Cons

The UI (which is under development) is really poor and looks like something from the 90's. Real flash back to windows 95.

Pros

Me permite estar conectado con lo que opinan mis clientes y, en base a eso, tener un criterio general sobre que mejorar en mi negocio.

Cons

Suele haber ciertos retrasos en lo que respecta al sistema, no sucede tan a menudo pero, cuando sucede, suele ser un poco molesto.
