Pros

Wonderful features offered through it for the customers, and most of all Fantastic Tech Support and guidance in making it work for you from the Boss Organization.
BOSS has been a great product within our county, allowing IT to better streamline support needs. BOSS support has also been great to work with and help us get to where we are going.
Flexible and very user friendly. We have utilized this module of the system now for over 2 years and we find it one of the best Asset Tracking systems attached to our helpdesk application.

Pros

Our business has a rigorous technical service depot where we like to track some items that are very product-specific.
I have received compliments from customers and partner companies on how easy our RMA process is, and how much they like the interface.
Customer service is excellent. The team at Renewity is motivated to get the system performing just how the customer needs it to.

Cons

Boss Support Central hass really helped us to manage and streamline our trouble ticket calls. It has really eased the pain of how we were doing trouble tickets before.
If I have bossdesk open for maybe an hour or so with no activity the moment I go to use it it'll freeze, refresh, and then give me an error screen.
You're limited to just the options they give you. Since it's web based they can't really customize anything directly for you because it will impact all of their customers.

Cons

We were running our RMA process through an in-house coded system based on an obsolete program, and it was on the brink of complete failure.
We are able to connect a ticket with a RMA and manage the return of marchandise since issuing the RMA until sending the replacement part and receiving the defective part.
RenewityRMA propelled us so far forward that it is hard to believe where we were before.
