Pros

This is a product for those who want a bit of “help desk” but not too much. The tools are easy to use and will help you navigate through the complicated world of customer relationships.
Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.
Clickdesk has nice features to turn on. You can customize the feature the ways you like to make more clear for customers.

Pros

Customer service has been fantastic. I love the fact that we can view our reviews all in one spot and not have to go search and hunt for them on different platforms.
M happy to report that our experience using BirdEye has been Terrific. We are thrilled at all the feedback we have received after using this software.
BirdEye is a great, one-stop shop of solutions for SMBs who want to generate more reviews and manage their online location data – at an affordable annual subscription cost.

Cons

Terrible business practice and on principle alone would NEVER advise doing business with this company.
In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.
ClickDesk really pushes you hard and incessantly to upgrade, which gets a bit annoying after a while.

Cons

Our business had an issue with online reputation/review management. Through years of neglecting in addressing this issue, it just piled up with more and more negative reviews.
Finding the review request button is now difficult. My employees will no longer use the product due to difficulty to use and I am getting tired of emails and texts all day.
I was given zero instruction other than the aforementioned line, we're talking I had NO IDEA what this was, what I was doing, or how I was going to do what I was supposed to be doing.
