Pros

This is a product for those who want a bit of “help desk” but not too much. The tools are easy to use and will help you navigate through the complicated world of customer relationships.
Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.
Clickdesk has nice features to turn on. You can customize the feature the ways you like to make more clear for customers.

Pros

Cloudtalk helps us with communication in our company and also with our costumers, we are very happy. Everything is quick and easy, love it.
Super simple to set up and is cross platform so it work just about everywhere. Perfect for a growing ecommerce business like ours since there's room in the product features to scale with our needs.
So I am very satisfied with CloudTalk so why not get it. You will be very satisfied with it.

Cons

Terrible business practice and on principle alone would NEVER advise doing business with this company.
In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.
ClickDesk really pushes you hard and incessantly to upgrade, which gets a bit annoying after a while.

Cons

The worst experience ever. First of the app for phone doesn't do sms and the desktop version is horrible It takes over 48 hours or more to get a response from anyone.
A big discomfort is also the inability to change size of window to call - often the disconnect option disappears under the system taskbar and it is really troublesome.
For now, I don't think there is anything negative I have to say about Cloudtalk.
