Pros

This is a product for those who want a bit of “help desk” but not too much. The tools are easy to use and will help you navigate through the complicated world of customer relationships.
Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.
Clickdesk has nice features to turn on. You can customize the feature the ways you like to make more clear for customers.

Pros

Call quality is better than we've seen with other similar applications. It is easy to receive messages (voice mail) and texts and I love that it can all be done in one place through one interface.
Overall, there are some quirks that you need to get used to or have a bit of a workaround for. Overall, it has been a good experience and call quality has been good.
My experience was great, basically it does the job we need so I am satisfied with that. But to be more advanced, the system needs more improvement and I hope they could make it more user-friendly.

Cons

Terrible business practice and on principle alone would NEVER advise doing business with this company.
In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.
ClickDesk really pushes you hard and incessantly to upgrade, which gets a bit annoying after a while.

Cons

Customer service can be a challenge. Had a billing issue and they blamed me and refused to refund money when they were double billing me.
Porting numbers is a painful experience. The automatic porting feature does not have robust error handling and it was unclear on the next steps after failure.
Constantly having issues with losing audio on one end of the call, connections dropping.
