Pros

This is a product for those who want a bit of “help desk” but not too much. The tools are easy to use and will help you navigate through the complicated world of customer relationships.
Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.
Clickdesk has nice features to turn on. You can customize the feature the ways you like to make more clear for customers.

Pros

Honestly it's a great Zendesk alternative. LiveAgent was not only a perfect fit for managing our support related issues but it's also a great solution for engaging in sales prospecting.
I want to highlight the Quality of LiveAgent Support, it is Excellent, very fast in response and they are really concerned to help and provide great service.
The customer support team for LiveAgent has been excellent, helping work through our needs and how LiveAgent can meet those. The application has helped us improve our management support items.

Cons

Terrible business practice and on principle alone would NEVER advise doing business with this company.
In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.
ClickDesk really pushes you hard and incessantly to upgrade, which gets a bit annoying after a while.

Cons

Before I had to answer emails, social network separately and this was lost throughout the conversations which made the support very flawed and annoying.
Also, the Spam filter doesn’t work really well, because we keep receiving spam emails from the same email address over and over, although we’ve marked them as spam multiple times.
It's not just chatting plugin, it's badass CRM system.
