Pros

This is a product for those who want a bit of “help desk” but not too much. The tools are easy to use and will help you navigate through the complicated world of customer relationships.
Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.
Clickdesk has nice features to turn on. You can customize the feature the ways you like to make more clear for customers.

Pros

Efficient, easy to use and implement, they offer great customer service, and have done a fabulous job of implementing feedback. It is the ideal start-up customer service & social media solution.
They are the best cost for what they provide. I like that it's owned and integrated with Salesforce.
Our hospital is better able to communicate. We are able to provide better care for all of out patients because everyone has access to same data base.

Cons

Terrible business practice and on principle alone would NEVER advise doing business with this company.
In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.
ClickDesk really pushes you hard and incessantly to upgrade, which gets a bit annoying after a while.

Cons

I dislike the lack of WYSIWYG editor. Formatting is limited, but more importantly, it is a pain to apply much of it.
Can't add screenshots of error message which can be rather cumbersome. Also, multiple error messages across a single event can be too much to sit and type out.
I have had to get a pen replacement, and have several trouble shooting conversations with the shipper regarding not being able to scan in devices.
