Pros

This is a product for those who want a bit of “help desk” but not too much. The tools are easy to use and will help you navigate through the complicated world of customer relationships.
Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.
Clickdesk has nice features to turn on. You can customize the feature the ways you like to make more clear for customers.

Pros

I love the overview of my chats, the ability to adjust the chats that come in and how many. It is nice to have an overview of user location, name and time zone.
I think they are a newer company, so I think they will keep improving. Their support is amazing, so that is awesome.
The proactive chat feature is best I highly recommend it to clients because it increases engagement with potential clients.

Cons

Terrible business practice and on principle alone would NEVER advise doing business with this company.
In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.
ClickDesk really pushes you hard and incessantly to upgrade, which gets a bit annoying after a while.

Cons

Chat window tends to lag when typing and selecting between chats. The transfer and special commands tends to fail which can cause bad ratings.
It took us almost 2 months to complete our training because the trainer was booked up and we were charged for those 2 months and we were not even using the software.
We've had instances where our staff forget to log out of the tool and even admins can't kick them out - which causes for offline messages to still come in instead of it being unavailable.
