Pros

This is a product for those who want a bit of “help desk” but not too much. The tools are easy to use and will help you navigate through the complicated world of customer relationships.
Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.
Clickdesk has nice features to turn on. You can customize the feature the ways you like to make more clear for customers.

Pros

I am happy with SparkChart, as it helped me transition from paper to online in all my surveys. Would love it to conquer the likes of Menti...but this may not be the purpose of it.
The ease of use by participants on mobile and other devices is a great plus for better response rates.
I am very happy with the survey power Spark Chart gives me. Without these templates I wouldn't know where to find the best in class business surveys, much less how to put them together.

Cons

Terrible business practice and on principle alone would NEVER advise doing business with this company.
In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.
ClickDesk really pushes you hard and incessantly to upgrade, which gets a bit annoying after a while.

Cons

The only issue I had was the lack of some features that are now already in the new developments timetable and others have already been implemented.
I had a major problem with the way the functions were named.
We had no way of getting feedback after each deployment especially on what users thought of our software features and UX. This all changed after I discovered SparkChart.
