Pros and cons

Just what we needed and very easy to set up. Custom settings were great and free which was most important.
It has several customisation options and good tools to anticipate and get to know the customers' needs better. Provides a good customer support experience and good for conversions.
Includes a 'liveview' feature where you can see exactly what your users do (great for helping them with any issues they may have). The team that builds it has always been helpful when I had questions.
Back in the day they had a feature which allowed you to search for exact words in the chat, nowadays the filters can be confusing.
Sometimes the chat widget doesn't load or the mobile apps crash.
We found it more difficult than we thought it should have been to have an auto message saying we are closed.
