Pros

Furthermore, the fabulous dashboard gives spectacular graphs, and they are vibrant too, hence easy to know where we are standing by looking at them.
The CT team is responsive to inquiries and are a pleasure to work with. I'd strongly recommend the product to any team looking to increase their turnaround in CS stats.
Another great feature is; ability to use various icons, especially emoji, therefore students prefer to click them to give their honest opinion.

Pros

It's easy to learn, easy to use, and even easy to teach. I love this software and would love to become some sort of certified expert user if at all possible.
I love the flexibility of options in terms of how you can deploy questions and the type of questions you can ask using this software. What you can do with the data afterward is just as excellent too.
What I love most about Qualtrics is the suite of tool built into the software to help analysis the results. I also appreciate all the options in crafting the survey.

Cons

I signed up for a plan and in the middle of the month switched the plan. It says on the site that they will bill you the second you switch, but I missed that and got double billed.
Its power lies in its simplicity, grads are busy and this lets them feedback really fast but we know in advance if there are any problems.
I am not sure if the amounts carry over from month to month.

Cons

There are only a few things that we have found the software incapable of doing, and they have been rather minor. We did request that the company add them to their "to-do" list.
Our one complaint is that the price has crept up over the years to the point that it's significantly higher than we were paying 4-5 years ago.
The data analysis options offered within Qualtrics are weak, as are the data cleaning options. This is a non-issue for smaller, or non-scientific surveys.

We use the software to 6 -12 large surveys per year. The survey functions eable us to create complex surveys that minimize respondent burden.

Pros

i have used Qualtrics to construct complex surveys, with skip logic, display logic, piped text, embedded data. The customer support is fantastic - best around !

Cons

some of the more advanced features are not well documented. i had to reach out to customer support (but the customer support was great!)

Pros

I have been fortunate to discover Qualtrics during my graduate studies. I have used it to design surveys and experiments on many occasions. It is very easy to use and if you get stuck its customer service is fantastic. I prefer it over other survey design tools due to its superior features such as the order of question presentation and randomization, which is essential in experimental designs. Qualtrics makes it easy to collaborate with others on surveys. The appearance and design of surveys can also easily be manipulated. While I generally analyze the survey results myself, it is always nice to see that Qualtrics provides additional descriptive data analysis and figures for the gathered data.

Cons

Nothing I dislike about it. A chat function to communicate with customer service if needed would be a plus!

Pros

I appreciate how Qualtrics is really easily able to be used for pretty much any platform an organization might have. You can use web, email, and mobile. Plus Qualtrics look a lot more visually attractive than just a basic Google form.

Cons

Not inexpensive. You get what you pay for, but you are definitely going to pay for it.

It was a terrific addition to my research project for helping me effectively and quickly design and conduct my study online, reaching hundreds of participants in a couple weeks with a straightforward and clean survey.

Pros

The ease of use. Very fluid and intuitive design that allows you to focus on your research.

Can see the potential, but ultimately went back to Surveymonkey for ease of use.

Pros

They have a very robust platform for sorting data so you can look at whatever sets you need to look at.

Cons

Setting up the rules and generating the reports was more trouble than it was ultimately worth--needed to many calls to customer support.

Besides having a great product, I have consistently had excellent service with Qualtrics support. Of the many different survey software packages I have used, Qualtrics is the most nimble, intuitive and useful.

Pros

The software has great functionality. Qualtrics provides exceptional training and tips. The customer services is outstanding.

Cons

There are some limitations in the area of question design. Specifically with options for how you would like responses.

Pros

Easy to use for simple surveys. good tutorials and web training. Customer support is excellent, I always have answers.

Cons

Reporting is not good. There is no an easy way to produce summary and cross tab information reports.

One of the best priced and best developed survey tools on the market

Pros

The functionality and ability to create comustomized surveys with Qualtrics is beyond that of any other software I've used. I think what makes Qualtrics stand apart from other programs is that is can be used and appreciated by novice tech users to skilled coders. If you want to make a quick-and-dirty survey tool, it's got you covered. If you want to use API and embed your survey into your website and receive real-time data analysis, you can do that, too. The ability to buy a single subscription for your entire organization can make this very cost effective, too.

Cons

I've only contacted Qualtrics customer support once for a connection issue I couldn't resolve on my own. Unfortunately, they rely on the email us your issue and we'll get back to you method of troubleshooting (albeit, along with a plethora of FAQs), and I never received a response. It seems like that happens more often than not (and definitely more than it should) when using this type of customer support method.

I have used many different survey software packages and Qualtrics by far is the most advanced and easy to use option out there.

Pros

The ease of use. The customer support is top notch! I love the chat feature to speak with a support tech sooner!

Cons

Advanced and new survey features are still a bit buggy when they first come out. Their help desk professionals are top notch though!

Pros

Nearly anything I've wanted to do with a survey, I've been able to do with Qualtrics. The customer support I've received is phenomenal.

Cons

It's expensive, and additional functionality or connectivity will cost more than you expect.
