Pros

Ease of use, Secured, Superb Customer Service, DualMon updates and makes fantastic changes.
The ease of deployment and excellent functionality allows us to perform the tasks the team needs efficiently. It has unlimited user capability and is super value for the money.
I like the price and the flexibility. My clients like that I can help them right away and the ease of connection means I can help anyone with an internet connection.

Pros

Using ISL daily to help my work colleagues is easy and funny. I like making groups of computers and getting all organizated.
Easy and great remote support solution , secure and stable for our remote connection needs.
Having tried many other remote products finding one that has all the features I required and delivering them at such a competitive price was a natural winner for me.

Cons

If the computer I am accessing is turned off, then it does present a problem. Sometimes, the cleaning personnel will accidentally shut my computer off, which leaves me unable to access my computer.
I would be willing to pay for the app, or pay more for the annual subscription if it came to that.
The only feature missing from DualMon is multiple window control.

Cons

The client interface on the website is increasingly ambiguous - we find often clients download the wrong code - the client side.
Switching monitors is also a drag as it's also very, very slow to display the content of each individual monitor.
It is a little bit difficult to set up the On Prem version and personalize it.
