Pros

We're very pleased with the possibilities of the chatbot and look forward to see how it develops itself even further with the help of its users.
I was really pleased experiencing the outstanding GUI Engati platform provides.
The overall experience is pretty great. I love how much support they are always ready to provide.

Pros

The Overall experience was great and truly outstanding. All the integrations between Yellow.ai platform and our E-commerce system has been done smoothly handled by professional team from Yellow.ai.
It is a ready-to-use platform with amazing cloud function options which is a blessing for the developers/Bot Builders. Look & feel of the Platform as it gets updated with new features often.
It is good i have developed couple of solution and it is working fine.

Cons

The problems began during the onboarding process. The team is lethargic to respond to queries - their claim of the email being their official source of communication says it all.
And the team is very laid back, I would have raised so many tickets and requests for fixes. And now they are about to kill the WhatsApp user interface.
So, an e-commerce user looking for an agent is kept waiting as the app doesn't even notify the agent, and there you go, you lost your customer.

Cons

While working on cloud function it is difficult to switch between Journeys and functions. Documentation has very less content, in some contents are missing.
They have outages often, ruining our SLAs every now and then.
Things configured didn't work and don't understand why is it not working even when everything is right. Though guided flows are working fine, AI part find it missing.
