Quality product yet good value

It has been easy to use and setup and the workflows have been really important in alerting us to new orders and responses.

Pros

It has a clean easy to use design and so we have barely needed to train our staff. The workflows save us time and the alerts to our email addresses ensure we can react quickly to new orders and replies to existing orders.

Cons

The ticket list can sometimes be slow to open.

Recommendations to others considering EvantoDesk

For any small business where you have a general email address then paying a relatively small amount of money a month for a product like this is just a necessity. We now get back to customers quickly and it takes us less time to respond. We are just more professional and have definitely grown since using it and we think that is largely down to our much-improved customer service. We can't understand how we managed before (and as we missed orders and emails, I guess we didn't manage too well!).

Thanks for the great feedback Luke. We've noticed that the ticket list can be slow to load occasionally. It's caused when the reports are being compiled and so only affects the list for 3-4 mins every hour however that's not acceptable and we're working on a fix - will be live shortly.

Has all the features you need. We searched high and low for all these features.

I literally looked for months for software that could handle everything I needed for my IT support company. Every time I thought we found it, basic features would be missing and support would never get back to me.

Cons

UI is a little "techy" but they are working on that.
