Excellent software, but needs iOS/Android Expert App. Largely replaced VNC as our remote viewing software. Relived us of tedious VPN issues.
Easy, fast and user friendly to deploy. Very cost effective.
Absolutely needs the management app ported to iOS and/or Android tablets.

Easy to connect and deploy to all computers using FixMe.IT
1.Its easy to use and user friendly tool 2.Reliable and robust tool 3.Great value for money 4.Access is very easy and appropriate 5.Connect and deploys many computers at once is great 6.Price of the tool
1.File transfer is big problem;transferring other than PDF file is difficult 2.No Mac platform support 3.Nothing really, not much
Hi Ganachari, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for being our valued customer! Please note that there shouldn't be any problems with transferring bigger or even multiple files at once. FixMe.IT offers three file transfer options, including drag-and-drop, copy-paste and the 'Send File' button. The latter allows you to transfer only one file at time, and maybe that's why you're experiencing problems with sending files other than just a PDF document. The other two, however, enable you to transfer multiple files or folders at once, or even move files between the remote machines when working with several remote users simultaneously. allows us to connect remotely to customer PC's in order to provide support
It is Easy for the end user and technician to get connected, connection is stable throughout session
Not supported by MAC computers and it currently is unable to remotely access a mobile device to provide support such as email setup and/or troubleshooting
Hi Toby, Thank you for taking the time to share your FixMe.IT experience and for being our valued customer! We have always been committed to improving our product in order to provide the best Windows experience possible. However, we do understand the importance of Mac OS and mobile device support, and our development team is currently working towards adding these features to our product. Please stay tuned for updates! Best, Dan | Techinline

The ability for a very reasonable price to connect to anyone's pc simply and quickly.
I enjoy the ease of use and simplicity when connecting with another user. The file transfer feature is a great bonus and one that LogMeIn did not support when I used them.
The only thing I wish was different is the Unattended Client screen. I just wish you could adjust the layout permanently. I prefer having the Connect button next to the client name and have to adjust it every time I open the Expert software.

I can easily connect with my customers for 1 on 1 troubleshooting or web-based training.
When we switched over to this software, we were looking for something simple that would allow us to log into our customers computers and perform technical support or training online. This program has been very easy to use, easy to explain to customers how to start it on their end, and pretty robust in terms of getting through firewalls (we had some customers that we could never connect to with our previous software)
There is really nothing that I dislike about this software. It does exactly what I want it to do, with minimal effort on my part.

I am generally able to connect to my customers computers to assist with issues and install software
On demand sessions work great East to install and setup remote clients Easy to organize accounts by company
No Ability to go cross platform ie mac No mobile ability The remote control agent doesn't work, well, sometimes gets eaten by anti virus clients/or disappears for what ever reason and you can't cut copy paste really!!! Their response is that's odd, just drag files...sorry to say that's a tedious endeavor with the spotty mouse movements.
Hi Thomas, Thank you for the feedback and for being our valued customer. We regret that you've experienced this copy-paste issue - this is, indeed, non-standard behavior of our application, which in most cases can be attributed to custom or advanced antivirus settings, or other 3rd party local factors that we have absolutely no control over. As suggested in most reviews here, FixMe.IT's file transfer feature is quite reliable and easy to use. Furthermore, FixMe.IT offers several file transfer options including a file transfer button and drag-n-drop, so our intent at the time was to provide you with a feasible workaround in case copy-paste didn't work with a specific client machine. Very happy customers.
Easy remote user connection. Multiple monitor access viewing. Windows permission prompts are visible. Never had to use their Tech Support.
There is no resident daemon process to connect an unattended PC. Nothing else I can add here. No other complaints.

Easy to use at a fair price to remotely fix IT issues.
Easy to get connected to even the most challenging users. (You know the ones I mean.) Easy setup, perfect for fixing remote issues and demonstrating what the user "should be doing." Easy to use at a fair price.
Not too many cons about this software, except that we are not able to connect with those few Mac users.

Switching to this product increased my productivity with my clients and reduced any stress for them to connect us remotely.
Simplicity for my clients to connect with me. I used to spend way too much time connecting just for a short session. Also, the Unattended Access allows me to do my work for my clients on my schedule instead of having to depend on someone allowing me in.
I can't think of anything to say as a con

Easy to use and works every time. I like the online FixMe.IT customer facing portal that can be white labeled - It really adds to your companies professionalism and image.
Only work on Windows systems - You'll have to use another remote support software option if you connect to and/or service Macs.

It has been a good platform for us and has given us the ability to carry out remote support to our clients and connect to servers that we manage daily
It is reliable, easy to direct end users to install and connect, cheaper than TeamViewer.
Wider support for Mac OS, Linux, Chrome and Android would be handy. Very limited with windows devices only especially when many of our schools are going cloud based and Chrome devices are increasing in the education sector where tighter budget means cheaper and simpler devices are called for i.e Chromebooks.

Able to help my staff quickly and easily.
The software is easy to use and easy enough for the client to get to the required passcode. The GUI is also easy to navigate through.
What the software lacks is the ability to connect to Mac computers. It would be great if this was an added feature.

Unattended Access, and the ability to have multiple connections going at once. It's easy to switch back and fort with a minimum of effort

We are able to offer superior customer service with this product.
We use the "unattended access" with most of our clients because this allows us to connect with their desktops from the second we pick up the phone. We can often connect with them by the time they finish talking, and resolve their problem very quickly.
We have not encountered any negatives with this product.

My overall experience with FixMe.IT is that it is as fast and effective to use to remotely connect with someone as it claims.
The best thing about FixMe.IT is that it allows tech support professionals to quickly and easily invite a user to accept a remote support session.
The process of connecting with a user is quite simple, but it could be made even simpler for non-technical users to allow the remote session (for instance, better clearly worded instructions on their side as they attempt to let IT connect to their desktop).

Love this product. I can connect to end users remotely who have dropped from the network as long as they have internet/wifi.
It is so easy to use and even our end users are able to find it, open it, and give the code to start the session. The cost is very reasonable.
It is basic software, but that's what I like about it. It keeps the cost down and it's so easy to use.

We needed a backup to our main remote support program (that has integrations and other features we need, but doesn't always work on client computers). FixMe.IT is able to reliably connect to our Windows clients
A more automated way to connect customers without having to have them enter a number would be nice, but it's not a big deal

I do not have to leave my office to service my multi-national customer base.
Ability to connect to multiple computers at the same time, is a very useful. As an I.T. professional, I routinely connect to many computers at once, when deploying many computers at once. Or when stopping a virus attack, I can quickly get to all computers on any network I need to.
Techinline Ltd billing system, no grace period. they claim 1 day but haven't seen that yet. keeps cancelling my service, if payment is not received on 1st attempt. Other suppliers will try more than once before cancelling anything.
Hi Bruce, We rely on a third-party platform, Bluesnap, to handle our billing matters. By design, the Bluesnap system cancels a declined order on the following day after the original failed auto-renewal attempt. The main purpose of this is to ensure that there are no subsequent repeat charge attempts whenever any payment is declined. At the same time, we assure you that the FixMe.IT application provides...

I like the simple connecttion to it and the unattended access feature the most. It allows me to connect to my end users easily and quickly.
Fixme offers remote admin access to end points that are in the field and not connected to the local domain via VPN or other connection options. This is helpful for setting up and troubleshooting issues on end points. And it is much cheaper price than competitors
Sometime the local admin access for restarting as a system service is a bit wonky, its best to setup the PC and unattended access while on the local network to the domain and then kick the device out the door than trying to gain unattended access after the fact. Alsomany competitors have additional functionality to run scripts or gather data about a device in the background without the end user seeing, and Fixme does not offer that from the best I can tell.

It saves me the time and trouble of having to physically be present at an end user location, this allows me to get more work done and spend less time traveling or at another location.
Not having to install anything ahead of time on the end user machine is a huge bonus. The connection works well without a large amount of up or downstream bandwidth.
It's a little difficult scrolling around when you have 1 screen and the machine you connect to is using 2, the program makes it a little tricky.
Hi Lee, Thanks a lot for your feedback! As for scrolling around when connected to a user with multiple remote screens, please try our new scaling features introduced in FixMe.IT 4.4 earlier in October. For example, when you're viewing multiple remote screens and you have only 1 screen, you can switch from Original Size mode to Scale to Window or Optimal View - these options let you fit all of the remote screens in a single window and conveniently navigate them. Here's a couple of useful links (a blog post and a demo video) that will help you better understand how these new scaling features work: https://goo.gl/Ma2qmV https://youtu.be/NoryfEpF-CE Please let me know if you have any questions.
