FluidSurvey's drag-and-drop interface allows users to easily create surveys that ask the questions they need answered. The app has more question options than any other tool, which keeps surveys interesting, since questions can be varied to keep respondents interested.
Users simply choose a question type (yes/no, multiple choice, text response, etc.) and drag the type over to the editor. The customizability means surveys can be as straightforward or sophisticated as a business needs.
Rather than a plain white background, a survey can have an exciting look that reflect's a business's brand. From professionally-designed survey templates that provide both design and questions to backgrounds for user-crafted questions, FluidSurveys gives users the tool they need to make a survey their own.
Plus, as your respondents may be answering from anywhere, it's key that FluidSurveys are responsive to any mobile device.
FluidSurveys has a large number of templates covering every type of survey a business, government entity, or educational institution would need. By using these templates, organizations can deploy surveys without spending time coming up with questions.
Once a survey is set up, it's time to share it with other people. Fluid Surveys issues a URL to users that can be sent via email, shared on social media, or added to a website.
Before publishing a survey, a user should first make the survey live. If, for any reason, the survey needs to be taken offline quickly, this can be done by simply logging in and marking the survey Not Live.
Once responses start coming in, a user can begin organizing the data in order to use it. Within FluidSurveys' Report section, users can choose from a blank report, a default report that provides all items in standard table displays, or a custom report to choose how results will be displayed within the report.
Once the report has been customized to a user's preferences, it can be finalized with a logo. Users can also set up scheduled emails to go out to designated users with updated results. The schedule is designated by the user.
Tablet and smartphone surveys are growing in use, since consumers are now doing much of their computing on mobile devices. Each FluidSurveys survey is optimized for both PC and mobile use by default, so users do not have to choose a separate option to ensure surveys scale to a device's screen.
FluidSurveys offers a mobile preview option under Style that allows users to view a survey in desktop view or in mobile view either in landscape or portrait mode. A user can toggle between all three views to ensure the survey will look good in each mode.

I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in market/social/educational research.
Our company recently incorporated Fluid Surveys replacing another vendor survey tool.
FluidSurveys has an easy to use interface for building and creating surveys. Mobile friendly, and a decent amount of customization.
FluidSurveys was bought out by SurveyMonkey, and everything migrated. The original fluidsurvey didn't give great options or tools for data analysis.

Apart from the occasional Google Form, FS has been my only tool for designing surveys and creating reports.
For example, there is a setting to enable a Back button in the survey so a user can go back a page to revisit answers before submitting but even when this is enabled, the Back button is not present when completing the survey.

I can't stress enough how much I love Fluid Surveys. It is an intuitive software that really anyone can use.
I have tried several online survey software programs--- but find FluidSurveys to be the best that I have tried.
It is Canadian so all data is stored in Canada and subject to our privacy laws.
Wish there were folders to organize surveys---- there is a search option and you can label your surveys--- but would like to organize by year/department/ etc.
To the team of professionals at FluidSurveys: the support offered by your company to my organization was impressive to say the least. When presented with an unrealistic deadline, your willingness to step up to the plate and accomodate our needs set you apart from your competitors. Please accept my gratitude.
We use it as a survey to gather opinions from staff, to get feedback on specific projects or initiatives and for registration to some of our program offerings.
I think this is a great tool for tracking multiple surveys at once.
The interface is intuitive, so it didn't take me very long to learn how to get the information that I needed.
Ideally, there would be a function to concisely show answers from one survey, as well as show many answers to one question across surveys (for quantitative and qualitative answers)
Resulting in no mobile ready surveys, and a lot of missing features.
Fluid is a Canadian program with many different options and features at a reasonable price.
As a longstanding paying customer of Fluid Surveys I was extremely disappointed to learn of their new pricing policy with no prior notice.
Good survey tool that is relatively easy to use and delivers all the features you will need.
Has now become very expensive and also shows a new strategic direction focused on bigger businesses (that's ok). But highlights a disrespect of the small paying customer. For most people's needs, far too pricey now.
I used fluid surveys for a research project and found it to be very easy to use.
It seems that after a mis-communication where I thought the software didn't support looping and branching, I found out what was going on.
First it looks good, but then you notice that everything starts to cost seperately and the UI is full of buttons that don't work unless you "unlock" them by paying more.
If find FluidSurvey to be easy to navigate.
The software is very easy to use without question.
Excellent software and support!
