Pros

The bot has a good usability. For us and our customers the bot is very useful digital tool and helps us to increase our efficiency.
She was willing to help and resolve issues within such a short space of time...I cannot recommend her highly enough. The software itself is intuitive and easy to use.
The software itself is powerfull and easy to work with. For me personally it was really fun to set the questions and answers and build the connections between those.

Pros

The overall experience is Excellent, as it is very easy and convenient and budget friendly.
The ease of implementation and user interface. Features are impressive.
Overall very good experience, works as advertise with good customer support as needed.

Cons

All training needed inquiries have to be closed individually, even when no more training is required loss of time.
It can be hard to understand how the algorithm works.

Cons

Have had some problems syncing data and customer support has been pretty bad.
The security framework turned a little bit confuse. The restriction were applied to pages instead of specific options in a page.
Furthermore, instead of working with Gsuite, it tries to force you to send and receive emails from within the CRM with inferior functionality (no signature capability...).
