Pros and cons

The Reports and Dashboards are excellent. We got HIPAA compliance for a great price with great functionality.
We have had great success implementing Giva as our help desk tool. Each step of the way the folks at Giva have been very efficient and supportive.
I like the fact that cust support is always available to assist if you have any questions (during setup). I love the ease of use and there is really very little training needed.
I cannot say there are any features missing. There are lots of functions that I've not had time to try yet.
I don't like change, and when new releases come out (about once per month), I weep a bit while I adjust. However, the releases are all backward-compatible have never caused us a problem.
There are not any aspects of Giva that we don't like right now. They keep on releasing new features almost every month.
