The interface is similar to other live chats, so its easy to use. The price is fine too.
Using the chat frequently, sometimes there were bugs from which the chat stops.

Great for small business and for those who are searching for good freemium software for customer support.
One of the great thing about TIDIO is it's freemium. They never force you to pay to continue using their service. There are everything you need to run a good customer support in free version as well. They also provide desktop and mobile application for seamless experience.
It's hard to get notification about chat request in mobile app also the chat popup in web is also kind of bulky.

Tidio has everything you expect from a live chat.
Nice looking live chat window templates. Integration of live chat with e-mail CRM.
A very limited free version, if you have any traffic and want to use chatbots - you need the paid version.

We have been able to solve the problems where we need to chat with the visitors. Now we have this tool and work seems really easy.
Tidio is a software chat platform and tool that you can add on to your website and chat with the visitors. The best part of this tool is its user-friendly nature and doesn't require any learning curve to use this tool. Also, secondly the automation of the chat system makes this software much efficient and robust.
It is a basic tool for chat management. However, I think it lacks few other functions like taking survey after the chat is over.

We found Tidio Chat after our current live chat software got buggy. Tidio chat was super easy to install with a Wordpress plugin, we were able to start taking chats right away. There is a lot of design functionality available, you can change it to match your brand, etc. The one thing we didn't like was that users had to enter their email address to chat with you. We found that deterred people from initiating a conversation. Eventually, we ended up going back to our original live chat software, but if we ever need to switch to another one, Tidio is top of our list.
VERY easy to set up. Start taking chats right away. Fully customizable. You can even set up a separate page on your website for your live chat to live.
Users have to enter email address to initiate chat.

It enable Developers to easily integrate live chat into websites
There is so many Live chat systems out there, for me this is the best. Its so easy to setup and integrate into a website that was built in any platform. Really awesome stuff.
Well because i am using the free version, i can only have one operator. A second operator is paid but overall this is a good choice.

I used Tidio for a time and after that, I discovered its problem. then I quit and unsubscribed.
- Ease of use - The Very Awesome design of the chat! - Designs of the dashboard - Fast Setup - The chat is fast
- The big problem is Tidio isn't suitable for a company that cares about its brand. I mean you can't send emails to customers from your own business email. instead, Tidio sends it from their email which is tall and has random characters. which may make customers feel that that's a spam

I set up a tidio chat for my client at his request for his e-shop. The setup was relatively simple and my client also learned to work with the chat very quickly. I think that tidio chat is a good option for everyone who plans to use live chat on their eshop/website. Already in the basic version, this system offers great options that can be completely sufficient for a regular e-shop.

I was searching for a software like this for quite a while. I can connect the chatbot feature on my Shopify website by entering a html code. It is very functional. I have converted many sales using this Chatbot.
Tidio Chat is a virtual-based chat solution, which manage all your customer inquiries and other messages all in one place.
There is no phone support. In most cases its vital to have a support representative available to answer any questions.

tidio has been an excellent companion for my company's website. the automated responses divert alot of traffic from our whatsapp lines and enhances overall user experience.

Overall Tidio is one of the finalist tools we shortlisted to go ahead, but it lost in a few specs and prices. if you want a free chat tool for your website you can go with it and for getting extra features and support you can upgrade.
Easy to set up is the best part I liked with Tidio, 2nd its chat prompt, and 3rd is its chat widget look.
The only thing i dislike is of its price it sometimes feels high-paid software.

The ring tone when someone pings on chat is very low.

The software is easy to use and easy to integrate on website by just adding the HTML code to the website. I like the canned responses, they help me to respond faster on questions

It's clear that users like chat with customer service agents, but how do you do it? I looked at a bunch of different options for my wordpress site and settled on tidio. It's easy to implement via plugin, it's reasonably priced, and it has nearly all the features I'd like.
Only thing I'd improve is the visiability of the chat function. If I could make the small chat bubble larger with more text, it might help get users to utilize it.

I've only been using it for 3 days but so far it has exceeded my expectations!
It's incredibly simple to add to your website. Easy to customize and doesn't require a computer science graduate to use.
It would be nice to give users/customers the ability to hide the chat permanently. I know some users can get frustrated when chat windows pop up every time they visit a site.

We have several websites that a single team of customer service agents run. Tidio makes that possible! We seldom miss any inquiries because of their awesome notification settings which are super simple to set up. With our business, it's also super important to be able to share files back and forth. Believe it or not, many chat softwares don't allow you to do that, but Tidio does. We have tried many softwares in the past but I have a hard time believing we will ever go with any of them again after finding Tidio.
Since we use the live chat on multiple websites, it would be nice to be able to put our unique branding on the live chat for each site that we use this service for.
