The branching technology on surveys makes it easy to target customers based on their behaviour. Also the design API meant it was easy to brand our overlays in a way that suited our business.

Sometimes I forget to set the app to "offline" when I leave for lunch and a customer will try to chat with me when I'm not there.

It does not work well with Google chrome...I can only use it with Edge...I prefer Google.

Their customer service is very slow to respond, if they respond at all. Trying to live chat with them takes forever, which is bad when you are selling a live chat solution.

By incorporating the popup surveys, we could pinpoint that the customers face difficulties in the navigation and checkout process, which made them abandon the website before completing the purchase.
